I enjoy Wendy’s food but have had numerous difficulties with the franchises at multiple locations. It was lunch time and not busy. Young woman at the counter took my order promptly and food was ready before I finished paying. So, not made to order as has been their motto. And no, the food was not hot/fresh.

The wait time on drive-thru was quite long. They had only a few staff, and the main door was closed. Order could only be done via drive through. I guess this was because they were under staffed as well.

Went thru the drive thru and absolutely enjoyed our short trip in the North Wendy’s. The taller thin Gentleman working the window was friendly and cared about his job. We often go to the South one, but are definitely returning to the North one. Having a warm and welcoming fast food worker is rare, I pray you’re paying him well!

Went thru the drive thru and absolutely enjoyed our short trip in the North Wendy’s. The taller thin Gentleman working the window was friendly and cared about his job. We often go to the South one, but are definitely returning to the North one. Having a warm and welcoming fast food worker is rare, I pray you’re paying him well!
