The cashier named Bridget, was on her phone, when I went to order she looked displeased that I decided to talk to her, once I finished, she went right back on her phone. In the back I heard obnoxious, profound music, and a few people looked like they didn't know what they were doing.

We went in just after 11 on Saturday morning. One table eating and 1 car in the drive-through. Was told by the counter staff there was only one cook on. Although I did see two in the back. Asked how long it would take and the answer “less than an hour” unbelievable. Obviously, we turned around and left. sorry but you really need better staff or a manager or something that resembles maturity and customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by her at Dairy Queen, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Daniray greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. Her positive energy made the entire atmosphere feel more cheerful.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She took the time to explain the menu, offered suggestions, and made sure my order was perfect. Her professionalism and customer service were truly top-notch.
She is not only efficient but also incredibly kind and personable. She made my visit to Dairy Queen a highlight of my day. I can't say enough good things about her dedication to great service. She is truly an asset to the team!

Parking: Easy to park, large parking spots.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. There's been many occasions where I've ordered and received the wrong thing. That's not too big of a deal to me but what is a big deal to me is that I had ordered a plain burger for someone and received a SINGULAR burger patty in a box without a bun, cheese, NOTHING. There is absolutely no excuse that you can come up with for something like this. That is pure negligence and lack of care. The bacon on one of the burgers was also raw and all the lettuce tomato and mayonnaise was scattered all over like the burger had just went through a tornado. The fries were the only "fresh" thing about the entire order and they were still somewhat cold. I doubt I'll ever go back. Keep going down the road to Fargo or Jamestown it's not worth wasting your money over.
