They were very short staffed but went above & beyond to help Loved they had a walking track to use every morning. Rooms were clean and Has Dollar General across street incase you need anything. Nice size rooms
This place was the definition of prison. The beds were like sleeping on the rocks. The pool was never cleaned while we stayed there. It was so gross pretty sure there was mold growing in the ceiling in the bathroom. My kids tripped on the hardwood floor they had after they had taken a shower, multiple times I do not recommend staying here and I hope they get shut down.
This place was disgusting. Mold growing everywhere in the pool area. Bathroom in our hotel room was disgusting, possible mold. Our beds were awful. Service desk people were mostly rude. Left three days early, was denied a refund of the last three nights. Highly do not recommend this place.
Nice rv park. Reasonable priced.
Ok atmosphere even with drunk construction workers.. we actually had some laughs with them, but food and drinks are pricy. Pizza was a frozen pizza that they probably made 15 bucks on.

It is a very nice hotel with an indoor water park. The rooms are nice and clean with very comfortable beds. The staff is very welcoming & friendly. The only complaint we had, which is minor, is that the continental breakfast was very sub-parr. Not at all up to the standard one would expect from this nice of a hotel.
We were forced to stay at this hotel due to bad weather. It has a water park with a kiddie section and a bigger section which looked fun, although we didn’t use it. There is also a little arcade room with sir hockey and other games. The fitness room is huge and very well equipped. The room itself was fine, if nothing fancy. The towels were rather thin. The breakfast was one of the sorriest selections I’ve ever encountered. There was very little choice and literally none of it was even halfway healthy, just a sugar and carbs fest.
We needed a room during a Blizzard. We waited on hold for over a hour to try and see if there would be a room available (we were put on hold immediately). The General Manager is absolutely rude, when I asked if there would be a room available the got very nasty and told me I’d just have to wait and see. They also sold a room from underneath the couple in front of us while we were checking in. The walls are paper thin you can hear every vehicle that’s starts outside. Heater doesn’t work properly so the rooms are FREEZING! The windows leak causing more cold air to come into the room. The pillow are dollar pillows and so lumpy. The beds are like sleeping on plywood. Over all if I ever need to stay somewhere again during a storm, I’d probably prefer staying in my car, atleast there I know the heater works.
Rooms are clean but dated. Beds were comfortable. Bar staff was on point and kept us well taken care of. Cameron needs a raise! Notes all over the place with specific rules they expected you to follow(no outside food or beverage, complimentary breakfast must be eaten in the bf area(large hotel, bf area small)). Keys worked on locked entrances about half the time. Disaster of this hotel is its water park. Our basketball team stayed there recently and the kids that used the pool ended up with a burning rash, dried out bleeding feet, and what looked like salt crystals (the kind that resembles sidewalk salt) at the bottom of the pool. Check the pool before you use it and hope they don’t shut the lights off on you when it closes without any warning. For the price we paid, I expected better!
We just had a 3 day family reunion at the Governor's Inn this weekend. I think there were at least 100 of us here for the reunion. The Conference room was perfect for our daily gatherings & meals & Mona, the general manager, was very accommodating in every way. Went out of her way to make things go smoothly for us, in every way she could. Great place to have a big gathering for a few days.😊😊😊

Nice rooms
Had to lay down 34 hrs off road so I grabbed a room. A little more than I expected but it was nicer than standard stay.

Fun place for kids. Kinda spendy but where else can you go with a swimming pool as nice as this.
The Pool could be remodeled or at least updated with the flooring. Rooms were clean. Beds are fair. Not much for breakfast except 2 kinds of cereal, bread, begals, yogurt. Had hawian punch, milk and coffee. Had a small arcade. A few where not working. The staff was nice.
