There were 2 servers for the entire restaurant and it took 65 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got our food. This was around 12 Noon so it wasn’t at an odd time to eat. Many of the other patrons were asking where their food was as well. Apparently they are short-handed in the entire facility.

Had a steak and it was so tough the knife had a hard time cutting it. The service was non existent. We received the food and never seen the waitress until we asked for the bill. Food was not hot neither.

I frequent applebees nationwide when ever possible I like this location in devil's lake - very friendly great vibe almost feels welcoming to the point u wanna just pull over and have a cold 1 and enjoy some nachos so GO FOR IT u deserve it drive safe and enjoy your self

Good steak, salad had soggy lettuce. Great service from
Mediocre service, poor food. Went here for dinner after traveling 7 hours. I ordered the Cesar salad with shrimp. The dressing was not Cesar dressing but coleslaw dressing. I like coleslaw, but have been trying to go sugar free and I could taste the loads of sugar in the dressing. There were also many large lettuce ends/butts in the salad, which are unappetizing and I just pushed to the side. The shrimp was very salty. Just overall not good.

It wasn't overly busy the 2 times we went for lunch. Service was good and food was normal for Applebee's. I would go there again. If you haven't tried Applebee's, there is a fairly diverse menu, but their fries are what keeps me going there! You have to try them.
