I drive through this town a lot and every time the workers are so nice and today the guy was nice enough to make my order with out getting mad when it was closing time and I just got done at work driving 13 hours from my job going home and was very much appreciated. everything else was closed but the service and food were always good
Parking: Huge parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Would definitely bring my kids here any day with knowing these employees take pride in their work
Terrible customer service and there is a man handling food with a beard without a beard net!? Disgusting.... Do better.

Ordered online for delivery, waited over an hr. Tried calling & finally got thru for them to hang up on me 2x. No call to let me know it was done cause in the app it said it was still being prepared. Someone called me back to tell me it was done. Lobby was closed, 7-8 cars in line to wait another 30mins or so. Finally got it & it was cold, order was messed up, missing a soda. Employee was rude.
My wife and I only go here because the kiddos like the play area. Please make sure you check for food or any other items stashed away in the play area before letting kids play, I’ve found lots of random yucky stuff, seems like they don’t ever clean it. We don’t go very often because it’s usually a mess we asked for our table to be wiped down and they send the cook. A few staff like to talk but all the rest give off the vibe of I hate my job don’t talk to me. It almost feels like you are an inconvenience to them. The soda machines are always out of sodas and the drink area is never stocked. I’m a Dasher and do not like picking up from this store. Best part about this place is there’s almost never a line because very few people go here. Overall I do not recommend this place until they do better. They were incredible when they first opened and corporate was here, after they left it was like the store didn’t care anymore.

The food is usually always good but waiting 40 minutes in a Drive-Thru to get your meal is quite ridiculous it's almost faster to go to a sit-down restaurant, not only that but once you get home and realize that you're missing three items out of your bag well that's a fast way to ruin a meal.

Restroom and dining room were very dirty and grimy. My veggie burger was mushy and I got horrible diarrhea and hour after I ate. I'll never go back.
