During my recent travels, I had the pleasure of ordering takeout from this Cedar Inn Family Restaurant. Although I was unable to dine in due to time constraints, the experience exceeded my expectations. I ordered the steak and eggs, as well as the biscuits and gravy, both of which were bursting with flavor and offered generous portion sizes at a comfortable price point.
The customer service was exemplary. The representative I spoke with over the phone to place my order, as well as the one who assisted me during pickup—likely the same person—was exceptionally friendly and ensured that I had all the necessary utensils and condiments for my meal on the road.
Moreover, the staff had impeccable timing in preparing my food; it was ready exactly when I specified, which allowed for a fresh and enjoyable dining experience, even while traveling. I highly encourage anyone passing through to make a stop at this restaurant, and I look forward to the opportunity of dining in at the establishment myself in the future.

We stop in when we are in ND. They have fixed us Walleye filet for us at breakfast. They have great service and good food. Was clean and convenient. Looked forward to stopping here on the trip. It’s a sit down and order restaurant and plenty of parking. They also have ice cream cones. We had breakfast. Scrambled eggs and walleye.

Stopped on Friday for the fish fry and the place wasn't really busy, but the servers obviously had a long day because they looked worn out. 5 of us had fish and one had a menu item. The fish was very good, but they were out of a lot of the sides. The fish pieces were quite large and I could only eat 3, so that is a great bonus. We left a great tip because the staff worked hard.
