Stopped by around seven o’clock, expecting a nice meal with me and my daughter after a long day. Food was scalding hot like as if it was just thrown in the microwave.. Saw two workers, one not wearing any gloves who was spouting obscenities at the top of his lungs, and the other only wearing one glove..?? The food was not terrible, but definitely lowered my expectations of this restaurant as a whole and I will not be going back in case food is unsanitary or worse because of unhygienic employees.

Fast friendly service. Counter person was attentive. I waited outside while it was being prepared because it was lunch rush. He recognized me and my order right away when I came back inside. Fresh and hot. Reasonably

It's DQ, can't really go wrong here. They are doing training currently so please make it eaiser on them and order all the same size of things. I love the cotton candy blizzard but sometimes you will need to do a the mixing yourself with the spoon to mix the bottom. Its a local thing from what i can tell (they must love normal ice cream at the bottom).

I have used mobile order at other towns and cities with no problem. I don't understand the purpose of mobile order if my order still techincal takes 30 minutes. I placed my order before seven and arrived at 715. It was not done watched about seven cars all go through drive through and complete their orders. When I called about this matter it was not handled correctly and made felt stupid for calling. Thoroughly disappointed. The first time I had this occur I thought it was an off day but how this was handled I don't appreciate

Past two times, my family and I have been here...the service wasn't the greatest.The first time was nearly a month ago, and their restaurant was so hot and understaffed that we waited nearly 30 mins before we decided to leave and eat elsewhere; we did not even get to close to ordering.The second time I felt was worse, with the exception of the restaurant being ALOT cooler. We went there to eat just this past Wednesday (05/10/2023) and there was a mess of things going on. They had only one register open that was "Cash Only" because both registers not accepting card due to some kind of error (many customers walked out because of this). The other thing was the HUGE mix up of orders due to the issue with the registers AND a younger manager that didn't seem to know how to run basically anything.The younger female manager basically ran around with her head cut off and, at times, cursed around while trying to figure out orders and handing out food during a mad rush. And NO, she didn't curse at any customers. Once more workers came in and assisted her, it settled calmed down. And orders were handed out to customers more efficiently and quickly, unlike how the female manager was doing it early.We got our food within 30 -40 mins after ordering, I had to use the DQ App to get our food. I was told by the manager that it would be "quicker" ordering that way, but what should've taken 15 mins took twice as long. I understand that yes...things do happen and yes, everyone has their bad days, especially in this case. But if you're overwhelmed with your job, either you're not cut out for it or the simpler thing to do is to ask for help when needing assistance; most importantly, BE PROFESSIONAL.

Sorry but tried to call that night and phone rang and rang ,picked up and hung up. That is why you NEVER leave kids by then selfs with out adult supervision,them horsing around and you could tell not a one wanted to be there. There is no reason anyone should have to deal with rude, Inconsiderate workers who love to argue,get your order wrong and over charge you. Along with throwing your bag of food at you. There is no reason why these children should not be held responsible for their actions. Normally I wouldn't have said much but I had a kid ( that acted more responsible) in the car with me, that behavior is not something I want him taught and I wouldn't tolerate it coming him either.Kid-friendliness: The kids they hire are rude,violent ( threw my food at me and hit me in face) and sarcastic
