Im sorry, maybe its because im from WI but the service was very lacking. Pull up to the drive thru speaker and the guy roughly barks out order when your ready. It was the tone of how he said it though. Then pull up to window and waited for 5 min at least....I almost drove away. Is it that hard to open the window and say give us a minute or soemthing?? Instead of ignoring a customer for 5 minutes....then I get my food and it was totally not worth it...total regret. Customer service isnt that hard people and it wasnt busy at all.

1st it's 7pm on a sun and the doors were locked, couldn't eat in, 2nd the drive thru person was very short with us as if we ruined her night, 3rd we didn't get all our food and hand to bang on the window to get them to come to the door we couldn't get in to tell them what we didn't get. The food was cold.

They messed our orders up and didn't fixit because they didn't listen to the customers. My daughter orders a double bacon cheese burger plain. The put a single bacon plan. Why can't people listen.

Food is delicious. Chicken tenders are the best of fast food. But bill is always like a sit down restaurant. Need to be competitive with other fast food. Main reason I don't consistently go here

I order a sandwich a specificly asked for no ketchup and it was still on my burger. Plus I ordered honey mustard and it wasn't in the bag. Honestly not mad just disappointed.

7am, and doors locked, called man answered the phone, saying he was the only one there. I'm sorry, are you getting paid to stand in the restaurant, and getting paid? FOR WHAT? YOU ARENT DOING ANYTHING!!! So, had to go t9 Mc Donald's, where they are open.
Don't show up at 715 on a Sunday morning expecting to get food . Only 1 employ shows up and he won't open the store.

Walked into the restaurant to order take out and the counter person was surfing on his cellphone. Not a great start.
Ordered two identical meals (mushroom burger, curley fries, drinks) and after we got back to our hotel, discovered the orders were wrong. Not worth the effort to drive back, and just ate what we had. The burgers were a decent temperature, but both orders of fries were not warm in the least.
Unfortunate, because we don't have Hardee's where we live (used to) and we were looking forward to the meal. Not afraid to give it another try the next time we visit Devils Lake; can't go anywhere, but up!

Typically pretty quick. One of the better places in town to get a fast food burger. Only complaint is that they make you pull ahead when there's no one behind you.
