Went thru drive thru with my Buddy. Forgot to ask for BBQ and Horsey sauce. The guy in drive thru was awesome. Perfect amount of sauces and just the right number of napkins! I was impressed. His name was not on the receipt, but he was great and should be rewarded. (I'm pretty sure he made my sandwich as well!)

Took a long time to get the food! Figured there were only 1 or 2 workers. We got home seen they didn’t give us all our food had to drive back to get food went inside seem there were like 4 workers there. Few were just goofing off being loud and using a lot of profanity to were the elderly customers that were in the lobby could hear them. Food was sitting there on the top rack got it from them and left to go home and eat some cold food !!! ?

Despite having to take orders, collect payment, and then serve you your order at the window, our order was perfect. But that poor employee, by the little bit of wait time I'm thinking he was cooking too. At the pickup window I could see another employee just messing around with the drink fountain and didn't look bothered at all with the line up of cars the drive thru suddenly had. I asked the hard working employee if he was in there doing everything. He very nicely, without putting down the business with words or obvious looks, said kinda, smiled and told me to have a nice day. Wow!!! It seems that lately it is very hard to find anyone that shows commitment to hard work like this young man did!! I am so upset that I lost the receipt with his name. That guy needs a well deserved commendation!!! I believe the date was August 21 st, for the management to recognize this amazing worker. Did I mention that no one in line had to wait more than a couple minutes longer than normal? Wow!!

They didn't have syrup so that ruined the French toast sticks for me. Also I wanted to order an apple turnover but they said it'd be 6 minutes longer, almost in a tone that they didn't want to make any at the point... but anyhow, I didn't order one. I got to the window to pay, I waited long enough to order 3 turnovers fried one by one! It was insane.

The girl taking our order looked like she hated being there. No smile, no friendliness. They forgot our shake. When we went and asked for it, that girl was rude. Great job to the cooks though! Food was great!

I ordered through the app. The app said when I got close to check in and they would start making your order. I did that and walked in the door 5 min later. I waited up at front for a while. Finally someone asked me they could help me. I said I have online order. She didn't say anything, and just walked away. So apparently that must have annoyed her. Someone else did Finally start on my order then. The food was good except for the wait and crabby employee.
