Order food over an hour before they closed and they only had legs in both original and crispy, no breasts lr wings. Then I waited at the window for over five minutes before driving off as no one opened the window to wait on me or take my payment. We will not be returning to this location ever.

Haven’t been to a KFC in awhile and I hope this is the how the service and quality of food will always be here. We are considering moving to ND and this will be where we eat when coming to Devils Lake for shopping. Dakota gave us perfect service!

Went into order and were told that they were out of French fries and potato wedges. Asked for a side of fried pickles and was told they could not do that due to them shutting their fryers off at 7pm even though they close at 10pm. Employees were very distracted due to one of the employees having their four small children in the dining area while the parent was working. The oldest child was cleaning up a mess of food off the dining room floor when we walked in then went into the back of the kitchen to throw away the mess she cleaned up. Seems like a big liability to bring your children while you work and allow them into the kitchen area. The youngest one was a baby less then a year old and crying for her mom the entire time we waited for our order, which was roughly 15 minutes.

Ordered 2 famous bowls and they were all mashed potatoes with 4 tiny pieces of chicken barely any corn and smothered in gravy. Terrible. Should have just ordered a side of mashed potatoes at that point.

What a disgrace went there for an early supper for the family at 445 pm and I tried to order just a family 8pc for the family lady says only have original I said that's fine then comes back and says we only have dark meat I asked what the wait time was since it was close to peak hrs and said 30 mins wait time what a disgrace this KFC turned out to be
