Get all new managers!! They don't know what they're doing and they're ruining the place!! I stopped going to Devil's Lake McDonald's it's the worst McDonald's I EVER been too! Very arrogant snobby staff that works there! I waited 4:36 p.m. until 5:06 p.m. to drive down the road to cold fries & cold nuggets?! Then they expect you to drive back to fix it WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT! YOU CALL THE PLACE TO LET THEM KNOW, MANAGEMENT TALKED OVER ME THEN PROCEEDED TO ASK ME "WHAT SHOULD WE DO? YOU TELL US WHAT WE SHOULD DO"

Did a mobile app order and ended up in the drive through. Then 20-30 minutes later we get our food and it's not right. We were on a road trip and this set us far behind. I had went up n asked what the hold up was and a gentleman said our order was tossed n then quickly cleaned up what he was saying. Either way, the place was SLOW there shouldn't of been any reason why our order should of been messed up and taken so long!!

The lady I’m the drive thru is rude as hell!!! Yelling at us. Not the first time. Then she checked our food without gloves. And threw are food back in the bag. Worst customer service I’ve seen there in a while!!

I am not a fan of McDonalds, but this one was exceptional. We just ordered coffee and ice cream. As we entered, a young man delivering a tray to a table greeted us and said he would be right with us. He waited on us at the till, so we avoided the dreadful kiosk. Although working on other orders, he saw our order through to speedy and accurate completion.
