I want to give 5 stars so badly but it wouldn't be fair to people reading this review. Hot food, fairly fast with friendly 5 star curbside service but the cheese...... didn't quite make it all the way onto my burger. #Romeo didn't seem to mind. #youshouldbehere

Ordered in the drive thru no whip cream in the chocolate shake got to the window the chocolate shake has whipped cream so they tell us to pull over to wait for them to remake no problem it happens. She bring out our food. Chocolate shake still has whipped cream. Yes not as much but still you made me wait to remake it wrong again. What ever we take it and leave. On the road I take out my fish sandwich no tarter sauce no cheese just a fish on a plain bun. My husband said would you like to go back I said why so they can make me wait and get it wrong again. No thanks. Very disappointed. I understand thing happened when a place is busy but this was definitely not even close. No cars in the park lot and one car behind us in the drive thru 🤯😡 Do better.

We went there yesterday, September 25 of 2025 at 5:20 PM and we went through the drive-through and did not receive our order until after we went inside and then finally received our order at 5:55 PM and the order was incorrect And it was cold, not fresh. I asked for our meals to be comped or done type or compensation for waiting as 10 Vehicles passed us and received their meals and passed us. He said oh I put two free pies in your bag. I Already know I don’t care for their pies, especially the pumpkin ones is what he put in there the manager. When my other half one in there to tell them that we haven’t received our order. The other worker gave your order away, saying that she couldn’t find the person who ordered it when we were waiting in the drive-through right after the drive-through window and before their third window like they told us to, she walked right past us two times to deliver food to other people without asking us what our order was..

Devils lake mcdonald's is getting a lot better! I love the options that they have to now receive their food. It actually decreases confrontation for someone like me who had many incidents. Today 8-30-25 for once they actually made it right ✅️ this devil's lake mcdonald's gets so packed i understand how busy it gets, I see it! The timing was a little bit longer but they gave me extra french fries and that's never happened before ! I really appreciate it more than you can ever know! Thank you again ! Its getting better 😌
I ordered mobile with curbside, guy you brought me my food needs a raise, whoever in the kitchen who cant read should be trained better or let go, no pickles means no pickles not no pickles+ no onions and smothered in ketchup.

We stopped here thinking that since it was just opening for the day, the food would be fresh. Wrong. The breakfast sandwiches were greasy and the hashbrown lukewarm. My husband ordered coffee with cream, but we needed another. I stood for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me so I could ask for a couple more…even though there was a dude standing right there emptying a machine into a bucket. Should have known it was going to be awful when we walked in the door. The floor throughout entire restaurant was slippery from greasy mops. Ordered from kiosk, but had to wait to pay with cash. Terrible service. Terrible food. Goodbye, McDonald’s. You’ve joined the ever growing list of “never agains.”
