I had to wait 15 minutes after the app told me my food was done just to walk in and have the employees look at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there. When I got my food it was prepared awfully and it looked all smashed like someone had just tossed our bag around. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Never should’ve tipped

Sub poorly assembled, not sure if perhaps it was a new crew, but training needed here. Hastly put together and fell apart with each bite.

Definitely a great place to go! I’ve been having gallbladder issues and Subway has been my go to place! They are always very understanding with strange requests. I usually get the turkey or grilled chicken on the Harty Multi Grain bread with no cheese with all the veggie toppings except banana peppers along with the honey mustard or the sweet onion teriyaki sauce. This place is always super clean inside and out. Whenever I place an order in their app it’s always ready when I get there. I highly suggest using the app they usually have buy one foot long get one free or buy one get one 50% off. They do have a drive through but I haven’t used it for a very long time. They are also on DoorDash and I’m a Dasher and I’ve never ran into wait times at this store when picking up a DoorDash. Unfortunately they have been locking there door pretty early at night and telling people to go through the drive-thru to order or pick up but if you call and say you’re there they do bring it out right away. Overall the restaurant is always clean inside and out, it’s super modern since the remodel, and employees seem genuinely happy to be there and to help. Definitely recommend this place for lunch! Even better in the app if you bring a friend or significant other.

Vegetarian options: All veggie subs and wraps and No Bready bowls. They may have some other choices as well but that’s the extent of what I know about our local Subway.

Dietary restrictions: They definitely cater to dietary restrictions for my gallbladder issues. They have low fat and basically fat free sauces. The Harty Grain is my go to bread but it is unknown to me if they have gluten free options. Or options for any other dietary restrictions other than those needed for gallbladder dyskinesia problems except for vegetarian, they do have an all veggie No Bready Bowl and an all veggie sub.

Parking: Big parking lot with an area for online pickup orders. Also a big area next to the main parking lot if your hauling something big or maybe even a semi trailer although I don’t know how well turning around back there would be but I’ve seen semis parked in the parking lot next to them.

Kid-friendliness: My two boys love when we get 2 foot long subs. My wife and I eat one and the kiddos get to split the other one. They also like that there is a bunch of different options and they like to say I’m experimenting with different combos lol, they also have Honest Tea Powerade and milk along with a good variety of sun chips and others. The boys also like the look of the inside because it looks really modern / almost techy inside with all the vibrant green subway decor.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is no curb or anything that would stop a person in a wheelchair from entering. The door is level with the parking lot.

Ordered a subway club foot long. Suppose to have ham turkey and roast beef. Roast beef was good. 4 pieces of turkey total on the footlong and no ham.So if you order a subway club, make sure they put ham on it. Pathetic. Don't know how too make the sandwich, don't make it.

Ordered online. My sub was made wrong. Ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and got 4 raspberry ones and 2 double chocolate. Very disappointed.

Ok, where do I start? I’m not usually one to complain as I am very easy going. However, I just had an unnecessary unpleasant experience at this location. So, we were getting a couple of subs, and it was very busy. I ordered one for myself and one for my wife. My brother in law was with me and he also wanted one. The young gentleman that was assisting us moved over to ask what kind of veggies I wanted on the subs. I went ahead and told them what to get me on both. Now, after this, I told him that I wanted a third sub (mind you, he never asked if I was only getting two, he just assumed). Well, he proceeds to tell me that I have to get back in the line because he had to get the other people going. So, apparently it’s totally fine to make us go back in line and wait for another long time while everyone else goes about their day. All in all, we were there from about 7:00 pm until 7:40 pm… for three subs, all because of that gentleman that decided he couldn’t get us a third sub because we were already at the vegetable station. After this whole ordeal, I ask to speak to whoever is in charge. Well, they told me that they didn’t know who the supervisor was. All I can say is WOW.

Great quick stop for food before heading fishing, however, it was the messiest sandwich I've ever had. They didn't close the sandwich. Rather, they cut it, wrapped some paper around it, and called it a day. At that point, give me a fork and a bowl because it was more of a salad. It still had good flavor though.

The using the same line for online and phone orders has to stop. It’s an absolute circus in there and they seem to prioritize everyone else but the people who actually walked in the building. No bueno.

Awesome customer service. Mary even packaged my bacon separately for my dog and warned me how hot the cheese was. Turkey with ham was delicious on Italian herbs and cheese. Cashier was fast and friendly. I’ll be back!
