I come to subway at 9pm when they close at 10pm and the doors are closed and only gives the option for drive through. I checked there sign on the door to see if there’s dine in options which I didn’t see. I asked through drive thru if they have it she told me 9 but I’ve previously came in around this time several occasions from the gym. So this is new . Just wondering when was the sudden change I did not like trusting that my sandwich is made correctly through an intercom because they’ve gotten my sandwich wrong before which made me stop doing the drive thru option

I feel like this place needs better management. Only 2 people working The sandwiches they made for us are very very thin. I tried handing the lady my card and she walked away. I tried explaining to the lady our sandwiches were all together and she just ignored me. I would not suggest eating at the subway.

everything other then the steak nacho foot long was good. the steak nacho foot long is pathetic to say the least. it's mostly chips almost no meat no cheese and just looks pathetic being in this huge container. I know that as a previous subway employee that amount of meat is sufficient for maybe a six inch and that is heavily a maybe!
Workers don’t know how to use a toaster oven I’ve gone there multiple times wether it’s ordered on the app or thru the drive thru workers seem to not know how to open a door and press a button every sandwich is cold to the touch!!!

This place is so bad that you have to tell them to warm up your chicken for the GRILLED chicken sub. Service is so bad the only way I will order is on the app and I know it will be wrong but at least I don't want to bang my head against a wall watching them mess up
TERRIBLE!! My experience was so bad. First, I’m in devils lake every Monday evening and would like to get a sandwich but only the drive through is open. It’s supposed to be open until 10 but I have to go through the drive through because they close early. Second, I just went in this afternoon and ordered a sandwich. He cut the bread SO unevenly. Then, they were so ridiculously skimpy on the veggies. I had to ask for extra on everything and it still wasn’t enough. Then, she wrapped it up and set it on the counter and told me this other person would help check me out. I waited and waited and waited and it took FOREVER!!! There were 2 other people in line behind me just waiting to checkout as well. Finally she checked me out. My sister was with me and had ordered a salad, she waited with me then the lady handed her salad to us with a knife and SPOON and said “we’re out of forks” NO FORKS!!! How is she supposed to eat a salad with a spoon?!?!?!

We ordered box lunches ahead of time for our basketball team. About 15 boxes. They got them all wrong. For example, I ordered a footling turkey breast, toasted with provolone cheese with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, red onion sweet onion sauce on the side. I got a 6 “ with sliced Turkey ( maybe 1 Oz) and lettuce. That’s it. I happen to be the bus driver so I couldn’t eat mine right away ad I had to drive the team home. As we were driving I heard everyone was missing items and all the sandwiches were wrong. It was too late to go back and say something. They got our money. It’s not difficult to make a sandwich order.

I had to wait 15 minutes after the app told me my food was done just to walk in and have the employees look at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there. When I got my food it was prepared awfully and it looked all smashed like someone had just tossed our bag around. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Never should’ve tipped
