Service is very hit or miss. We've had a waiter who gives great service and has an awesome personality, and sometimes, like tonight, we only saw our waitress twice. Food is what you would expect from an Applebee's. Just would like more consistency from the staff.

The Food: really not too shabby, sometimes comes out cold but usually it's good. it's usually pretty quick too.
The Service: day staff is what you expect. polite but kinda dull. the lady who is missing a bit of her arm is exactly the kind of server you'd expect at an old time diner. she's not rude but if you asked her how her day was going, she'd tell ya 🤣 so that's fun.
the night staff is a riot. edgy jokes and sass all around. except the manager, she seems to always be in a bad mood 😅 nothing rude but certainly don't bring ya grandma to dinner at 11pm. staff seem like theyre overworked but laughing about it. but then again the clients that come in at 10pm are probably the same

Food was good. I had the shrimp and chicken. It was piping hot but the mashed potatoes were barely warm. But still tasty. Hubby's burger was great. They need to redo their tAble tops as they are sticky, not from dirt but from the varnish coming off. That didn't affect the food...just an FYI if the owners read this.

I am an Applebee's fan all over the country but this was truly a disappointing experience. Right out of the shute, wrong beer. Then my chicken bacon ranch sandwich was out to me in about 3 minutes, cold and built without any pride at all. Pretty sure it was a previous mistake that became my meal. Server Kierra B was great. Just sitting here finishing my beer, I can see this place really lacks professionalism. I come through here often, but may have to start stopping ak Burger King. Please try and do better.
