Very rude people. Our family waited over 10 minutes to get seated and nobody showed up to seat us. Workers were avoiding eye contact and acted like they didn’t see us waiting for a table. There were plenty of empty tables. We just left.

This was awful. Steak was overcooked and full of grease as if it was fried in lard. It was over peppered. Mashed potatoes were old and tasted spoiled. Green beans were burnt. The only fresh thing was the lettuce on my husband’s cheeseburger. I would not be going back this food was so disappointing and a waist of money.

Service stinks. I wanted some cheese sticks and was told they were out. And saw the waitress that were supposed to wait on us? I'm getting for whatever reason someone needed to tell her if she's having bad days because she's pregnant. So you got a couple choices keep your legs closed or know how to service people in a service business.
I’ve always thought that a waitress should check the order before bringing it to the table. Some waitresses must be clueless. Our waitress seemed as though she was not familiar with the menu when we asked about the items. I ordered a dinner salad with dressing on the side. The waitress brought it to the table without checking or noticing that it was drenched in dressing. When she placed it on the table, I told her that the dressing was supposed to be on the side. She said yeah they did drench it, and stood there, silently. She never apologized or offered to fix it!!!!! I tried to be nice and said I would eat it with the dressing and she walked away, never offering to change it if I didn’t like it or changed my mind. After I took one bite, I realized I didn’t have to eat it that way and sent it back to be redone without any dressing. It was ok when it was redone,

Service is very hit or miss. We've had a waiter who gives great service and has an awesome personality, and sometimes, like tonight, we only saw our waitress twice. Food is what you would expect from an Applebee's. Just would like more consistency from the staff.
