The staff at Applebee’s are very professional. They do an excellent job. They do what they’re getting paid for they give you enough time to think but they also were there for quick service. The last Applebee’s I went into. I was very pleased with the service the food and the quality and the time it took to come to the table I was amazed how quick they had it and it was done very well.

What is the point in having a pick up rack, if you put paid for orders on the bar behind people's bags and coats. I stand there waiting and no one asks if I had an order until like 10 minutes pass. This has happened almost every single time I've ordered

I like 2 things from here. The blackened shrimps Alfredo and the chicken Alfredo, it's my comfort food I get doordashed when I'm having a crappy day. So it sucks that last time my food was waaaay too salty that I ended up having to throw away $30 worth of pasta because of delivery fees and now for the second time I am missing my Broccoli in my chicken Alfredo which is one of the things that makes it so good on one of the simplest dishes. They're good with being understanding and have remade my food for me but at this point it's getting ridiculous 🤦🏽♀️ the food is good when they actually make it right tho

We love going to AppleBees here in Dickinson, they have some of the best waiters and waitresses ever! But Wednesday night Nov 5 there was a very troubling incident that happened. 2 times from the kitchen came very loud violent yelling and screaming from one of the cooks in the kitchen! It was so loud that the whole establishment could hear it! It made our group uncomfortable I know our server was very uncomfortable and explained it was one of the cooks. That behavior really should be addressed. I had thought of going back there but didn't think it was my place. We will continue to go to AppleBees but I sure hope this gets addressed. Because that kind of public display of anger tantrum is really unacceptable. Thank you

We were seated right away then sat for 25 minutes and were never asked for drinks. She said she’d be right back for our drink order then disappeared. We got up and left. Not sure if we will be back anytime soon.

Last week someone didn't do a great job with my steak. I was totally upset. However, I followed up with the Manager, and I'm happy to say that the manager acknowledged the situation and made the situation right. Thank you.
My wife and I came in at 8 PM for a late bite to eat. We tend to avoid Applebee's and go for other local restaurants but we wanted something reliable. At this place, service was excellent and the food (southwest bowl) hit the mark. We needed a quick meal and this place came through.

The servers and staff were friendly which I really appreciated, but the food was bad. I ordered the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and while the flavor was good, the chicken itself was terrible and way too overcooked. We also ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings. The onion rings were on point, but the burger was another disappointment. We asked for medium but it came out overdone and the tomato slice on it was not good at all.
This is not my first bad experience. I keep on giving Applebees a chance but it’s disappointment after another. I don’t think I will be going to Applebee’s for a while.

Absolutely worst Applebee's I've been to. Two of three meals were missing ingredients/ sides due to being out. One meal, a burger, was good. The broccoli chicken alfredo..... missing ingredients, way over cooked(chicken jerky was a better description) Alfredo was blah. Parmesan steak and shrimp was good. 1 side had to be substituted, the mashed potatoes were inedible. Our waitress was great. One worker(manager maybe) walked by, asked how everything was, but, didn't pause her stride to get a response. Paid $75 and over half the food was left because it was just not good at all.

I have been going to Applebee's for over 25 years. I used to go once a week for lunch when I worked across the street from one. I have also been to many Applebee's across the USA. In every one and every time I have ordered the same thing. A sirloin with fries and not one time have I been disappointed. Well that run is over after my experience here. My sirloin, which I always ask for medium was very rare so I asked for it to be fixed. After a long wait, the manager brought me a whole new steak, which I cut into and found it to be very rare. I ended up watching my wife eat her meal and going to get a pizza for me. Very disappointing.
