This would be the 2nd time I ordered fish and got chicken instead...this was the drive thru. I know that a medium drink is alot bigger than a small but thats not what I was given. Very disappointed! Next time i will be ordering inside and checking my order before I leave....They seem to have better service at the counter

Night crew likes to play games. Make you wait unnecessarily to spit in your food and purposefully give you the wrong order so they can have a good laugh at your expense. Place is a joke.

We ordered Greek gyros sandwiches. The bread was stale and extremely thick. What happened to the soft flat bread? The meat didn’t seem to be spiced like it usually is. So disappointed! For almost $30.00 you would think you could get better food. Never again.
This particular Arby's in Dickinson was clean, orderly and very very fast. The men's restroom needed some attention but I've seen waaaaaaaay worse in Bismarck. Nonetheless the MOD Michelle runs a tight ship and made sure my order was correct before it was sent out to me. Grateful for that for sure. The food was hot and plenty of the Au Ju dipping juice. Absolutely loved the bronco sauce on my cherry turnover. Keep up the great service Dickinson Arby's team!

this Arby's is pretty darn good, but then again it's the only Arby's I've ever been to. food tastes pretty good and is always right. staff is polite like 80% of the time and the rest of the time you can tell it's a young person who is dealing with the existential dread of working for the rest of their lives. not the companies fault imo
