Went in to get some food with my dad today. Never had any issues at this location and I’ve been eating here for years. The staff went above and beyond today to make sure everyone got their food and they seemed to work together well as a team. The worker that took my order was so friendly and even offered to go look in the back to see if they had any more medium cups despite it being a rush. I was fine with the large but the fact that she offered was so kind. The workers in here are committed to great customer service and I saw it not just with me but with the other customers.

The staff is consistently sincere and incredibly friendly—it’s always a pleasure to visit and makes for a genuinely nice experience. I appreciate that this location never seems overly crowded, yet it always feels welcoming. Beyond the great atmosphere, the kitchen keeps things exciting by frequently changing up the menu with new and delicious options. If you're looking for great food and stellar service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Traveling through Dickinson, went to the drive through and for $21 I got a cold curly fries,cold French dip sandwich the cheese was not even melted, meat was cold, cold aujue for dipping and a side of cold cheese for my fries.

My dad was super happy to hit this spot on our trip and the meal was very good.
The food is very good here. Its always hot & fresh. A little more expensive than all the other fast food. $14 for combos. When I go inside and order the staff are friendly and the food is brought out quickly! Only complaint I had one day is that the minute maid lemonade tasted awful when handed out in the drive thru...the fountain pop inside tastes fresh.

New in town and was busy moving in - needed something yummy and quick so we ordered Arby's to be picked up. Got home and was super bummed that my beef and cheddar was missing the cheddar. I don't recommend it lol

This would be the 2nd time I ordered fish and got chicken instead...this was the drive thru. I know that a medium drink is alot bigger than a small but thats not what I was given. Very disappointed! Next time i will be ordering inside and checking my order before I leave....They seem to have better service at the counter
