Went in and said they were full my young granddaughter saw a child from her class and ran into play area. The young gal working went in and grabbed my granddaughter by the arm to remove her from play area. She could have asked me to get her instead of grabbing her by the arm and remove her. Very unacceptable when we are dealing with a 4 year old child. Incredibly disappointed in this place

Their sensory playdates and special events are consistently amazing, providing an engaging and magical experience for children—it's like a dream world brought to life!

When it comes to birthday parties, they knock it out of the park with expertly organized private events that make every celebration special. The staff are fantastic, always going above and beyond to make every visit memorable. And let's not forget—the best coffee in town! Parents can relax and enjoy a cup while the kids have the time of their lives. It's the perfect place for families, and we’re so lucky to have it in our community!

We took my nephew to there play and he had a blast.

This place is so fun! We don't live in the area or we would be there more, but every time we drive through Dickinson we make the time to stop. Our toddler LOVES it here! I'm a huge germ freak so I appreciate how they have breaks between playtimes to clean everything & hand-wash stations. They also change out the activity centers so it's always new when we go. Once they had construction stuff, this time it was Vets office themed, I'm excited to see what else they come up with. If you have a kid under 10 this will be hit! I wish we had something like this back in our hometown.

We absolutely adore the backyard play cafe – it's an absolute delight! It has effortlessly become our go-to spot for weekend hangouts. Since their relocation to the Prairie Hills Mall, we've been blown away by the enhanced spaciousness and the array of interactive amenities for the little ones. Plus, being connected to other stores adds an extra layer of convenience and exploration to our visits.

Not to mention, the coffee shop inside the play cafe is a game-changer! Their drinks are always delicious, adding an extra level of enjoyment to our time there. The themed parties are simply fantastic! Each event is meticulously planned, with the recent Bluey themed play date being a standout. And let's not forget about Parents' Night Out – it's a true game-changer! Being able to enjoy some quality time together while knowing our child is having a blast is priceless. Kudos to the backyard play cafe for creating such memorable experiences for families like ours.

My kids and I love Backyard Play Cafe.Its a safe and clean place that my kids can explore.They went over and beyond when it came to my child’s birthday.I highly recommend Backyard Play Cafe for parties or just a place to go to let kids run some energy out.

Love love this place to take my kids to when we want to get out of the house, the play area is big enough for parents to crawl in and help there children. I do wish they had times for specific ages or an age limit, as I've seen very little kids get hurt badly by 5,6,7 year Olds (especially since the rec has the same thing but targeted for older kids so older ages should be restricted in my opinion, unless you rent out for a birthday party). Also I don't recommend a birthday party here for how much you have to pay, as you don't get the play area to yourself and the party room is very small. Drinks and food are great for both parents and kids.

Very fun place for a stop on the road to let your little one get out of the car and stretch their legs.The play area is also big enough for a fully grown adult to help your child if they can't find their way out and get scared.Safe for your baby's, tho you should still keep an eye out if they don't understand tall edges or slides.

Not impressed. Had to cancel my daughters party due to weather (3 days in advance) and they won’t give our $100 deposit back. Nowhere does it mention the deposit is non refundable. Called to reschedule and no one answered the phone but they can send a text saying they are closed due to weather. If they are closed because of weather shouldn’t we get our deposit back?

Great fall drink offerings! The Brambleberry flavorings for various drinks are delicious.

Kid-friendliness: The attached play park is so much fun for kids of all ages to play on. There is an area for toddlers who can't quite climb yet.

Came here to pass time until our hotel check-in and it was such a great time! Very clean and welcoming environment. The staff even accommodated my wish for a Cuban Colada and made me one that reminded me of Florida. Would love to come back. Hopefully they’ll expand to the Bismarck area one day!
