Arrived three hours ahead of appointment. And there were empty doors. And there were no trucks. But !!!!!!!!! Damn, no one will ever load you ahead of time. Nobody is in a hurry. Everyone works by the hour. They don't want to be recycled. We loaded two trucks a day and that’s enough. Or you could load 22. But no one here needs this. No plan. There are dollars per hour of work. That's all. OK. Enough of the lyrics. Finally stood at the door. I wonder when it will be uploaded. Maybe we'll have to wait until morning.... I stood at the door for another hour... No activities !!! Kurda!!! They started moving only after my petition... I don’t understand how this economy works... Finally. !!!! Another shift has arrived. That's why the first ones didn't want to work... They were stalling for time. .???????Hello boss. I understand you perfectly. Probably yes, I was wrong in this case. Forgive me generously ???. Stayed at a hotel in Northern MN and had Baker Boy products. They were the absolute best pastries I have ever had. Must be a fantastic place to work as it comes through the product.

First time at this plant, was easy to get in and out of. Not hard to find either. The people there were easy to deal with and it was a fairly simple process to get docked and loaded, and back on the road. Ya gotta love that. I know I do!

Took two hours to load four pallets and now I'm late to my 2nd pick up. Also didn't get any info from my carrier saying I needed to pre cool my trailer which was already cool from previous load .
Used to be a decent place to pick up from. Now the loads are never ready on time and you're waiting here for hours. Buckle up. You're gonna be late for your delivery thanks to them. Waste of time. They'll let you stand at the pickup window for 15 minutes before even acknowledging you as well.

Customer service was excellent this bakery has a risk of cross-contamination with peanuts and tree nuts it is not labeled on any of their products so if you’re going out to a pizza joint you need to make sure that they don’t have those though if you have a family member or a 12-year-old child like I do with a severe nuts allergy. I have a 12-year-old they got violently sick 10 minutes after eating those pizza Dough. Please use caution even though they say there’s no risk of cross contamination there definitely is!

Purchased doughnuts on the retail side at a Cub Foods here in Minnesota, the dough is made by Baker Boy. There was a hard object in one of the doughnuts that cracked my rear molar so hard that it went into the nerve and they had to canal the tooth to stop the pain. Both companies pointed fingers at each other both denied a simple claim to have the dental bill paid for. Might want to think twice about purchasing your products here!
