Made an appointment and was 20 min late, when I arrived the chunky straight face woman was extremely rude and said she couldnâ??t take me in even when I offered to pay double, wait for later that day, or if anyone else could take me for a premium as well. Obviously doesnâ??t know how to run a business if youâ??re going to turn someone down, be rude and not try to make it work when youâ??re offered more to do it.

I read the reviews and thought this would be a good place to get my hair lightened, I have dark blonde hair and wanted it to be lighter. The lady must have not understood what my goal was, to get my natural color gone, but we decided that highlights were the way to go. I left with nothing changed but 3-4 very distinct highlights in the left side of my part and nothing on the right side. Not very thrilled.... hopefully it will blend over the next few weeks
