Order a to go order ar 3:47 said be ready by 4:20. Walked in at 420 took the waitress 7 mins to even realize I was waiting. Then sat me at the bar and ignored me for another 17 mins while some biy with a laptop proceeded to hit his vape at the bar. Then he yelled when she couldn't find my oder. Pathetic service. 12-17-25

This place is good and we all love it, and we also Appreciate to have it at Dickinson.

Saying that, We have some concern we would like to be address ASAP,, I find this outlet broken, and unfortunately it’s a HAZARD, for kids or even adults. So please fix it the fast possible so we all continue to enjoy this place everyday. We don’t want someone to be hurt, or this place closed, for something that can be take care right away.

If you need someone who can make sure this place is reinspect twice a week, and take care all the maintenance problem on the future I’m here to help. !

Easily the worst managed restaurant in 3 states, absolute disgrace. Kegs are empty and so is the beer fridge, took 40 minutes to even be asked for a beverage and three patrons got up and left because the bartender wouldn’t wait on anyone.

Ordered takeout then I waited for 40 min just for the food to never come. Asked for attendance and was assured everything was good yet i got nothing, very little workers with very few customers and cant keep up, cant imagine with a full restaurant.

Placed an online order of wings and fries. I went to pick it up 30 minutes later to be told it would be another 10 minutes as the wings weren’t done. I had to wait 20 minutes and had to go find someone to see where my food was. I then was told they had just gotten slammed with 12 people (most of the restaurant was empty). The 12 people came in after I came in. Only after I found someone was there a rush to get my food. I just got excuses no apologies for it taking so long.

I walked in and waited about 10 minutes just to be seated, even though the place was practically empty. Once I finally sat down, it took another 10 minutes before a server came over. There were maybe four tables with people, yet the server seemed rushed and distracted, forgetting parts of the order and giving the impression it would be messed up anyway.

After waiting 45 minutes for burgers and wings, I asked how much longer it would take and only got a vague “soon.” The server said a manager would come by, but that never happened. I decided to leave and went up front to cancel my order and pay for my drink. The person at the counter told me to wait for my server—who I could see just standing around—and that took another 10 minutes.

Easily the worst dining experience I’ve had in years. How they are still in business is baffling.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, and having worked in the service industry most of my life, I try to be understanding. But this was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

The hostess was very unfriendly, which set the tone right away. Our server greeted us fairly quickly, and we received our appetizer in a reasonable time, but that’s where things went downhill. After about 20 minutes, the server came by only to double-check which sauce we had ordered. Then we sat for another 40 minutes with no food.

I finally went to the bar to pay for the appetizer to leave, and the server completely ignored me for at least five minutes. I had to walk around to the back of the bar and practically yell to get his attention. When he finally responded, he acted surprised that our food hadn’t arrived yet, despite clearly avoiding eye contact with us the whole time—even while serving the table right next to us. He said his manager would come speak with me, but no one ever did.

At that point, I just paid for the appetizer and left. Overall, the service was dismissive, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.
