I normally don’t write negative reviews, and having worked in the service industry most of my life, I try to be understanding. But this was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The hostess was very unfriendly, which set the tone right away. Our server greeted us fairly quickly, and we received our appetizer in a reasonable time, but that’s where things went downhill. After about 20 minutes, the server came by only to double-check which sauce we had ordered. Then we sat for another 40 minutes with no food. I finally went to the bar to pay for the appetizer to leave, and the server completely ignored me for at least five minutes. I had to walk around to the back of the bar and practically yell to get his attention. When he finally responded, he acted surprised that our food hadn’t arrived yet, despite clearly avoiding eye contact with us the whole time—even while serving the table right next to us. He said his manager would come speak with me, but no one ever did. At that point, I just paid for the appetizer and left. Overall, the service was dismissive, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.

We were third in line waiting for someone to show up at the host station to seat us for over ten minutes. When the girl came, no apology, she sat the first two groups and disappeared-leaving us still waiting an additional five minutes. The restaurant was less than half full. When she finally sat us, there was about about five minutes left in Happy Hour, after at least five minutes our waitress came and said she would be happy to honor the HH prices but they were out of Tito’s vodka which was the deal. We asked if we could sub another kind she responded she wasn’t sure. We said if not, we would just take the rail vodka. She came back, much later with no drinks. She said they wouldn’t sub-we said please just give us the rail then and could we order. We had not seen our waitress and had to get salt and other condiments from adjacent tables. The patty melt came burnt black on both pieces. We could not eat the toast. The waitress did not return ever to check in our food or if we needed anything. When she brought the bill we were charged for Grey Goose! Everything about this experience was bad. I would be devastated if I owned this restaurant.

Service takes forever and don’t plan on getting what you ordered. Busy fight night and there’s a table where wait staff are set up. My buddy legitimately got asked to help with cashing out checks. The Dickinson BDubs has become an actual running joke in my friend group.

Food was good, service is normally slow but Andrew is a amazing waiter, very personable, energetic, got all of our food correct and out in timely manner, and all around very good waiter, I recommend him to anybody going to eat there.

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night for our son‘s birthday. It had been a long time since we last visited because we had some negative experiences in the past.
We had a great experience this time. You can tell they have worked hard to turn this place around. We had a large table. There were at least 4 other large tables that came in around the same time we did and they were busy. Our server Drew was top notch! Our food was delicious and Drew went above and beyond to make our sons birthday supper special!
