Walked in. Staff was friendly. Said they would be right with us. Well standing out by the register, waiting to order. I looked at the kitchen and decided. No. We are not eating here. Dinning area was clean. But needs a good kitchen cleaning. 2 stars because of friendly staff.

Simple order, three items total. They managed to mix up my daughter’s churro fries for spicy chicken fries. Called 4 times straight and it rang so long eventually the calls disconnected. Can’t even get someone to answer to put me down for a correction. Go somewhere else. Help is mostly foreign and unfriendly. The occasional friendly local we do get there, doesn’t seem to last long.

New owners, very friendly and much more efficiant than they were. Owners are there at store often and are great , friendly. Interact with my grandkids, gave them icecream after their supper. Atmosphere is friendly and clean now.

I paid $25 for a chicken sandwich combo and it was cold I asked for no lettuce tomato or sauce and my sandwich was drenched with tomato lettuce and so much sauce it was disgusting. I'm very upset it only took my doordash person 8 minutes to get from Burger King to my house so I know it's not their fault. After looking at some of your reviews though you ought to be shut down seriously the meal look like it had been sitting out for hours! I took a couple of bites out of it and threw the rest in the trash I work hard for my money so to get treated with such poor service from a cook that can't even take orders. I could have bought a steak at the store for $25 instead of getting served with the slop that you sent! 🤬

We went inside of the Burger King and the doors were filthy and all the windows. But the smell about knocked me over when I opened the door. We needed to use the bathroom first... we already decided we were not going to eat. My child didn't even want to touch the toilet handle to flush, he asked me if he could use his foot to flush the toilet. I do want to put something good in this review, so they did have tp and soap in the bathroom. The smell of body odor and the smell of burnt God knows what. I've never seen anything so filthy in my life. The thought of food being prepared in this atmosphere was horrifying. Obviously in Dickinson North Dakota whomever works for the sanitarian department does not care. Shame on Burger King, shame on Dickinson North Dakota, shame on the crack dealer standing outside of the Burger King, we are burning our clothes.

Not even a minute goes by and they told me the shake machine was down, and asked me if I wanted to refund, or a large drink and a pie, Good service food was better than home town, And I could smell the cooking for 300 meters away, witch is a BIG attraction.to food, I am a foody kinda guy, I wish the bread they used wasn't dry, IF they had a steaming option or something to make the buns taste better I would go back to making burger King my go 2 place like it use to be growing up, I wish it tasted better with out whatever they did to the bread,,, STILL better than most places I've eaten at for a fast food joint,
Buns need to be less dry, but to me still better than friggin fargo IHOP yuk,,

Apparently 6:00 a.m. is just a suggestion on what time they open because I tried to go for breakfast for work at about 6:15 a.m. and they seem very closed.

Our family got to the BK lobby about 7 minutes before it closed on 8/8/24. Upon arriving, the employees were very kind and didn’t make us feel pressured or hurried. The food was fresh and the dining room was clean. A very good experience.
