No one ever came to take our order 2 guys in the back visiting 2 girls up front , looked at us then continued on their phones. Drove across the street to Dairy Queen waited on with a smile, food was good and hot, spent about $64.00, guess BK doesn't need the business.

From waiting 5 minutes just to be acknowledged at the drive through window, to a THIRTY minute plus wait for food, making it almost an hour trip after being told no one is working as a team, keep messing up, and are out of stuff, and haven’t even begun the rest of our order. Making this by far worst experience here. Save your money, time, frustration and never come here. Zero stars if it were an option.

Waited over 30 mins for food while everyone behind me in drive thru got theirs. Lobby doors were locked. They still managed to get my order wrong. Don't go to this BK. I'd request a refund and then some for what a waste of time
Walked in. Staff was friendly. Said they would be right with us. Well standing out by the register, waiting to order. I looked at the kitchen and decided. No. We are not eating here. Dinning area was clean. But needs a good kitchen cleaning. 2 stars because of friendly staff.

Simple order, three items total. They managed to mix up my daughter’s churro fries for spicy chicken fries. Called 4 times straight and it rang so long eventually the calls disconnected. Can’t even get someone to answer to put me down for a correction. Go somewhere else. Help is mostly foreign and unfriendly. The occasional friendly local we do get there, doesn’t seem to last long.

New owners, very friendly and much more efficiant than they were. Owners are there at store often and are great , friendly. Interact with my grandkids, gave them icecream after their supper. Atmosphere is friendly and clean now.
