Drive thru was fast. Service was quick, not overly friendly but fast. The sweet cream cold brew was decent. Not my favorite coffee but pretty decent. I so far like their bianco better (but the last couple of times it was so heavy on the milk/cream that's all I tasted).

Disappointed in their Everything Bagel. I asked for extra toasted and when she 1st gave it to me it seemed like it was microwaved. Not toasted at all. When I went back to the countered she had attitude. Worst tasting bagel I've ever had! They blamed it on their toaster. Hard & bad tasting. They didn't ask to compensate. Should have known when a customer came back in after ordering a everything bagel ahead of me. I got a black coffee also. It was just OK.

3 out of 5 things we tried to order were out of stock. Pecan caramel roll was dry- no caramel. Everything was reheated. Then cashier said gift card didn’t work. Definitely will not go back

The service was great and our barista was very pleasant, however my Iced vanilla latte was very subtle on the coffee. The place itself was cold and very dusty/could see the cleaning products smeared on surfaces and the tv and music were both turned off. This place might be better for drive through as they were going pretty quick!

Very disappointed staff is very unfriendly they give worng order and when go there talk to with lady who was at the desk she said let me fix it and i wait over there 10 mint and they ignored me when i ask for my coffee she said wait i am buzy she was very rude lady

She was so nice. So polite. We ordered pumpkin spiced Chai lattes ICED. Extra flavor. We get to the window and the order was hot. Katie knew they were iced. Other girl working said to pour them over ice. I watched the whole thing. They didnt taste right and Katie knew that.
Katie made us drinks. They tasted so much better.
Whoever was working with Katie do better. You wouldnt want ur coffee that way.

The girls there are so awesome and kind I went into the shop the other day and they crew was actually hosting a gender reveal for one of their customers . They are like family there . So get your coffee at city brew always a warm welcome.

Coffee was the worst. Preferred the Comfort Inn coffee, which is just basically sludge. Won't be wasting time or money. The drive-thru took about 10 minutes and we only had one car ahead of us - but she did seem to take forever ordering.
I ordered a shaken brown sugar iced coffee with oatmilk. It was beautiful and tasted perfect!! Exactly what I wanted. Plus the drive thru lady was super friendly.
