I’m a neighbour from the Great White North (Manitoba , Canada) on a USA road trip. I always just grab a quick breakfast sandwich at a fast food drive thru on my travels because I’d rather spend the time on the road appreciating the countryside then sitting in a franchise restaurant but something led me to the Country Rose Café this morning…All I can say is WOW!!! Not only is the food amazingly tasty and the decor eclectically charming, the server was a sweetheart! Will definitely come back if I find myself in the area again.

Best food my wife and I have eaten in a long time. Generous portions, very nice waitresses, and the cooks, need I say more. Great place to eat. The Flying Farmer. John Smith.

I really hate to brag on their carmel rolls too much. Why? Because you might decide to order the last one just before I get there. 🤣

Joking aside the carmel rolls are second to none. I have never had one that wasn't made fresh that morning.

I have only ordered breakfast here so I can't speak about the rest. If you want traditional American breakfast then this is the place to go in Dickinson and even the surrounding area.

Great food and great service!
It was a little busy but we were seated right away because we sat at the counter. Everyone was very nice and the food was excellent and there was a lot of it. I got the sausage with eggs, hash browns and toast. My wife got a biscuit sandwich with gravy on it and hash browns.
We also got a Carmel roll but we were too full to take more than a bite. It was delicious and we finished it later.
If we are back in the area, we will stop again.

I couldn’t resist the Carmel Roll. Breakfast was great. Ask for my hash browns crispy. I almost forgot to take a picture. Already broke my eggs over my HB and took a bite of of my roll. I was being good so I told them to skip the toast. The everything omelette was great too. Definitely a diner worth stopping at.

Very nice! Great omelet, really tasty hashbrown, and the toast is to die for! Amazing atmosphere. We came at about 11 am on a Saturday, and the place was packed, but the wait to be seated was worth it!

The best food in Dickinson. All homemade and perfect. How far is the two waitresses are amazing professional and polite. The breakfast tastes like I made it in my own kitchen. The caramel rolls and cinnamon rolls are made fresh daily and are delicious. If you like homemade soup recipe this is the place to go. This place is always packed.
