Google maps and website say that drive through is open until 10PM but whenever I go there between 9-10PM nobody ever answers the speaker to take my order very annoying. If you close at 9PM please update your hours online and on Google maps so people don’t drive all the way there for people to not get served and the restaurant being closed.

I can see how they've earned their overall rating. First I walked into the lobby, waited for a while and neither of the two girls working the front even acknowledged me (more interested in DoorDash), so I walked out and went thru the drive thru...the gal there was professional and courteous (which pushed them to a two star)...however they didn't have the full ingredients to make the Blizzard they advertise. A local business in town tried to give us heads up, we didn't think they were serious...good luck satisfying your sweet tooth.

They were doing things right. Now they lie and say getting cheese curds instead of fries is an extra charge when they let you substitute. And if you don’t order a 4 dollar sugar water drink they give you 4 pieces instead of 6 in your basket. And charged me 3 dollars extra just to give me only fries? Stop giving raises to people who don’t deserve it.When did these businesses turn into government entities and steal from people?

Absolute nightmare, came in ordered 6 blizzards, 2 minis, a small and 3 mediums..$40+ , got 5 mediums and a mini..2 that weren't even what we ordered 1 wasn't even ice-cream it was milk w chunks of fruit, the drive threw lady was so quick to hand everything threw the window and shut it as fast as possible..had to honk the horn to get her to come back, she didn't even come back, another lady did, i asked for lids as the ice-cream was already melted..DID NOT flip a single blizzard as all 6 would have been on the ground, and asked her what 1 of the blizzards was because 2 weren't right and she asked me what I ordered..couldn't even tell me what they were supposed to be.

Starting to think this location needs new machines. Pay a crazy price for a cup of ice cream with cookies in it and it comes out soupy. Twice in a row now. Neither time they flipped it. Arent i suppose to get a free one when they dont do that? You now owe me two.

We got some ice cream here and it was good. They were out of many things though which made my experience less great. They were completely out of chicken strips… I did a Mobile order and when I went to get it a woman just stared at me and didn’t help. A different person eventually came to help me. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare.

We normally go thru the drive thru for ice cream but decided to go in away from the heat --- after ordering we noticed my unsanitary issues: I cream prep area had banana skins, crumbs, toppings scattered and the floor was visibly dirty .. cups on floor, trash bags and maintenance items in dining area, the cooler looked like a dump area -- window dirty and grime visible -- we left and are encourage to not return due to an unsanitary environment ::: Thumbs down and it needs a health department inspection
