The Dickinson, ND branch can't keep staff and will cancel orders. the wait can also often exceed over two hours assuming you actually get your order made. Very pathetic showing.

Great, friendly, professional staff. The website said order would take 20-25 minutes, but this crew had it made in 8-10. That was with 8 cars in line for drive-through pick-up. The inside had 5 customers in line when I walked in but paid and had my pizza no time.I live closer to the Domino's at 401 Villard St W, but I'm will choose this one every time.The South Domino's wasn't even opened on a Thursday night due to no workers available.Parking: Only 2 spots available in front of Domino's and 1 spot is a handicap spot. If you go in, you will have to park at a restaurant across the parking lot and walk to Domino's.

Over a 2 hour wait before my order even went from “prep” to in the oven. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m convinced they just ignore the online orders until you call to complain.

1st time ordering from this domino's and will be the last time. Over 40 minutes in prep time??? Found out why online orders are not being done. Their being ignored. When I went in instead of saying I'll get right on that order he was wanting me to get an attitude. District manager I suggest you handle this store and get people in there to work. Or is the issue with you the District manager?
The owner/ manager takes absolutely no pride in their customer service. If you want to take the risk of ordering pizza from them & risking it taking an hour + with no communication, no comp, just a "sorry" when you call, then order from here.

Ordered a small order at 5:45pm with 35 minute delivery quote on app. Called at 6:45 when app showed no updates. Was told it'd be another hours maybe two. Called at 8:30. Order hadn't been put in oven. Terrible communication. And I have a 6 year old hungry at 9pm.

Ordered a pizza and after 40 minutes of it being in the prep stage called and canceled it the person who answered was very rude stating it as only been like 40 minutes when the website was estimating a 35 minute delivery time won’t order from here again I understand sometimes it gets busy but no need to be rude over the phone

Tried to place order online 79.04. Was instructed to pay before order could be placed. Tried different times would not process. Was instructed to call the store so I did. They gave a different total that's fine. I gave a card cause they wanted one. Their system wouldn't work. I said I'd bring cash just to make my order. Was told "we can't do that it's over $75". Well you can't take my card it's 78-79 bucks we are talking 3-4 dollars here. And I'm coming to pay with cash. Your system doesn't want to work I'm offering cash and you still say can't do it. What a waste. Do better. Never been told that my cash isn't good enough.
