Stopped in on a quiet Saturday afternoon. The inside is very chill and cozy! I had no problems with waiting. Probably only took 5 minutes to make a Peanut butterprotein drink. Its very delicious! The smoothies I have tried are so good too. Only thing to complain about would be the price, but definitely recommend if you are in the downtown area.

Extremely slow service. Another downfall The prep counter has a lot of flies. I ordered 3 bowls and 2 shakes. There was 4 families ahead of me that had their order fulfilled before my order was completely done. I can see our two bowls sitting on the counter while 6 bowls were made ahead of ours. WILL NOT EVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Amazing Place! Açai Bowls, Smoothies and everything from the menu is excellent and healthy. Management & Staff is very professional and kind. I really don’t understand people complaining about Açai melting in the reviews, I am from a tropical country and it’s common sense that they melt after certain time. Açai & Smoothies should be eaten at the location, instead of take out. It’s common sense! Fresh Sips, Keep it up!!

I ordered from door dash. This is about my 5th time ordering this. This is the 3rd time that it has came WAY over filled and completely messy!!! As soon as I got it out of the bag it was already leaking everywhere. This is completely irritating due to me being at work at my desk, if the purple gets on clothes or desk it stains! Yall really need to do better or get new employees that know what the hell to do. Not impressed and will NEVER order again. 3 times is to much. Ordered 4/8/25 around 11:30ish. Yall suck!

Went today to FreshSips 3:04 on Saturday for an açaí bowl, but they closed an hour earlier than the posted hours. I’ve never seen those workers before, so maybe they decided to close early. Either way, it’s frustrating and unprofessional.

Ordered 2 peanut butter açaí bowls, with extra peanut butter and peanut butter protein. They were so delicious, the fruit was wonderfully ripe, soft, and the bowl looked phenomenal before we tore into them. I also ordered a Large peanut butter protein shake, and it is also good. I will be coming back for these açaí bowls. Wonderfully done!
