Absolutely delicious. One of the problems Dickinson has, is businesses slowly loose quality and taste.. it's been one year since they opened, and it's amazing. Folks were helpful, prompt, and the food was honestly one of the best things I've had in months. Keep up the good work!

This weekend, i took my children to Ichiban Ramen for dinner. It was my first time here. The interior decoration is very fashionable. The place was full of guest. The staff was very polite and i like how they treat my children, and gave them ballons. After we place an order, we just sat down. The ramen bowl and also all the sushi we ordered came very quick. I didn't expect it to be that quick, and also very delicious. My children was very happy. For me it's a wonderful place, but the only thing they need is to add some more sitting space. I spend a wonderful weekend here. Thank you Ichiban Ramen. We really love the environment, and also the childern loves to look at the mountain figure that you got near the register. Thank you one more time.

So this is a great little shop. This has a more modern American feel with the self order kiosks and lack of menus. There's no TVs or authentic music. But it does have a good atmosphere otherwise
Someone said you bus your own utensils, false. Just leave them on table.
All the Ramen is good. I eat here 2-3 times a week. I only eat the ramen. The only downside is some of the ingredients are cold and use the broth to heat it up. I have mixed feelings but by the time it all goes down the hatch,I'm super happy and my taste buds are in delight.

Absolutely love this place only been here once I need help figuring out the special rolls I chose the 2 on the outside considering they were so amazing and I don't like raw sushi so I'm scared to try something else but can't remember what they are please help it's the outer 2 plates thanks
Wasn't quite sure what to expect from a Ramen restaurant in ND, but lunch was phenomenal! My sister and brother on law visited from Hawaii and said lunch exceeded their expectations! Staff was super friendly, blew up a balloon for my 5 year old and played "keep it up" w him! All.in all, super happy w thos experience!
