I went on Saturday, August 24 for supper at 5:30 PM. I asked for the pork plate and specifically asked if the pork was moist. I was told that it was not dry and that it was moist. The platter served had very dry pork on it.
When I asked for a manager, I was told the restaurant does not have a manager on duty. When I asked who makes decisions during the shift, the Service simply shrugged her shoulders and said we just do not have a manager on duty.
5 months of them messing up every single order. You go back in, you call and they don’t actual to correct the food. They scrap things off and you lose your side. We wouldn’t even have given them 2 more tries had our family not give us a gift card for my husband and my birthday. 1.5 years of ordering here twice a month all amazing experiences we loved the food until 5 months ago.
