Ordered door dash my dasher was waiting 40 minutes for my sandwich I understand when it’s busy but when my food arrived was missing stuff and I only had meat on half of my sandwich tried calling the store and the person was super unprofessional argued with me and told me to get an application to help and was super rude and hung up

Sometimes they deliver to my house, sometimes they don't. Get it together, it's not that hard. Clearly corporate is reaching for business by adding items, like pickels. We'll stick with Subway.

Arrive during lunch. It Was fairly busy, everyone was working in good rhythm getting the job done.
One of the managers jumped in to make my order to keep the sandwiches moving. I believe his name was Cory. The Place was clean and a good atmosphere. I Even watched Cory have them change gloves. Good job Man.

Just went in ordered a ultimate Italian and I got a roast beef sandwich in stead. I was the only customer in there, the two dudes working there may as well been the living dead cuz they move like a 98 year old lady. No pride, no enthusiasm, and no team work either.

So much for freaky fast! We walked in at 11:40 a.m. and was told by an employee that they were working on a $200 order and it would be a 25 minute wait. If this was a call in order they should have taken walk ins first. We left and had lunch at a different business which was happy to serve us promptly.

Have been here a few times. Service is not the greatest. Been there while staff has argued with other staff in front of customers. Today I went in there and noticed a staff member eating while cutting meat and another walking around without any shoes on. Will definitely not be coming back

To the owner: I don't think I had a bad experience.

biggest let down is the portion size to cost ratio. tastes good but for the amount you spend, you could open a bank account. quantities are measured like subway but cost more.

also, the staff is a bit odd. lots of dyed hairs, piercings, and "alternative lifestyle" types. you don't know if you should 'ma'am' or 'sir' some of them and if that bothers you..... well they serve sandwiches in other places.

I will say regardless of their odd ways, staff is ALWAYS polite and prompt. it's certainly not the staffs unique style that gets this score lower, it's actually the main reason it's so high.

overall a decent experience but overpriced.

The sandwiches are pretty good. Service has gone downhill. The people behind the counter aren't very friendly, and some days it takes 15 minutes to get a sandwich at the end of the counter when its not even busy!
