To the owner: I don't think I had a bad experience.
biggest let down is the portion size to cost ratio. tastes good but for the amount you spend, you could open a bank account. quantities are measured like subway but cost more.
also, the staff is a bit odd. lots of dyed hairs, piercings, and "alternative lifestyle" types. you don't know if you should 'ma'am' or 'sir' some of them and if that bothers...

The sandwiches are pretty good. Service has gone downhill. The people behind the counter aren't very friendly, and some days it takes 15 minutes to get a sandwich at the end of the counter when its not even busy!

One of the managers jumped in to make my order to keep the sandwiches moving. I believe his name was Cory. The Place was clean and a good atmosphere. I Even watched Cory have them change gloves. Good job Man.
