No inside seating again. Chicken Pot pie was disappointing. Almost no chicken and mushy inside. Almost like they crushed up old pie crust and mixed it into filling.

Waited in line for 10 mins, just for my food to be half cooked and missing part of my order and my drink to be half filled. Next time I'll definitely go somewhere else. Complete waste of my time and money.

4 friends and I were on our way back from a trip in SD and stopped at KFC for a quick lunch. I ordered 3rd in our group, all 4 receive their food before me. People who ordered after us received their food before me. So, I did go up and explain that I had not received my foot yet after 25 min. I had my receipt that showed my order and showed it to one of the girls behind the register. They did take care of it and I did get my food after a few minutes.
The biggest issue with their service is the fact they don’t call your order number when your food is ready, nor do they collect a name for the order. Instead, they just say your items which is a big issue because who is to say you could be taking someone else’s order. Also, I was not impressed how the girl who helped me took my receipt and did not give it back to me.
Overall, the food was good, but this location needs to improve their delivery of service. 1 star

Chicken was dry, and the French fries weren't fresh.
Ordered 8 PC chicken meal on the app. Asked to have it done 45 min from order time. I showed up 1 min early. Order was not ready. Waited 10 min after pick up time to finally get order. Order came up ask if Order was complete. Was told it was. Walked out and luckily got gas at station next door. Decided to check Order. It was not complete. Went back to store and was told they were out of the missing buns but were cooking more and be done in 5 min. This store is notorious for messing up orders. Glad I checked before I got home. Check your order. It is probably wrong.

We just left the establishment and it was one of the poorest ran fast food chain I may have ever been to. Every table was full of trash and crumbs. Extremely strong smell of sewage, very explicit music blaring in the kitchen, as well as vulgar language being used loudly among the cooks referring to customers unhappy with the entire situation. A lady with 3 children ended up leaving because of the smell and language being used by the cook. The food I was served was old and cold. Management has clearly Givin up on this franchise. I have worked in quality control for a few yrs now and this place is an easy 1.5 out of 10.

The bathroom smells like raw sewage and the stink leaks out into the dining room.
Waited for a hot minute to have my order taken, but no one was around to take my order.
If I had gone through the drive through, this would be a 5 star review.
Instead, I had my senses assaulted from the moment i walked in the building until I left.
From the loud explicit rap music playing from the kitchen that could be heard on the far end of the dining room, to the stench of what seemed to be rotten grease where water sat on the floor eminating through the dining area, presumably from the lack of using soap to clean the floors, or ignoring spills and messes and letting them sit.
The food was great, and the service was totally fine, but if I were to return, I would be going through the drive through.

We were driving through KFC in Dickenson, ND the employees who were working between 3 and 4 were hiding behind dumpster. They could have taken the over flowing garbage over there, but instead smoking. They did nothing, the place was dirty and gross. No tables were cleaned off the glass was filthy. It looked like the floor had not been mopped or vacuumed. The window seals were full of crumbs amd flys every where. The female working was the only one doing anything. She looked very mad at those males taking off and not doing anything. They should have been in the bathroom cleaning not hiding behind the dumpster smoking and ignoring her while she was asking for help. Very in the service and food.

We wanted to get some lunch but it was difficult to find somewhere to park since we were traveling and towing a trailer. We did find a spot and went in to get our order to go. My husband wanted chicken and I wanted A&W so this was a perfect stop. I had the mini corn dogs. They were really good. My husband got to 2 piece special and loved it. The young lady at the register was really nice.
