Very disappointed this trip today. Ordered a 12 piece chicken full dinner and a half gal root beer, paid $52. Got home (1hr away) and NO CHICKEN!!! Tried calling 7 times and no answer after letting it ring 15+ times. Probably not going there again. Bummer...really love that chicken too.

After a long trip, I walked in feeling hungry and was pleasantly greeted by a warm smile in a cozy little spot. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and chicken nuggets. The chicken was fresh and juicy, and the fries and nuggets were excellent. I definitely recommend this place if you're ever in the area.

Extremely rude and incompetent employees. Came in to eat, was given food to leave as they complained that during our 20 minute wait for food the lobby is now closed. One girl glared at me as if she was intimidating me. Unbelievable. They locked the doors an hour early and conveniently when I ran to my car for 30 seconds. Then they were out of sight hanging out in the back. Hygiene is also an issue. Did I mention they cursed at another customer? Served ppl who came after us b4 us? Yep, never again.

Terrible. Ordered chicken strips and didnt get them, they didnt put the gravy lid on correctly and spilled all over our bad. Will not be eating there again

Ticket #4195 at 7:35 Thurs, Dec 12. I ordered an 8 pc bucket of chicken. Server:Austin. It was take out and when I got 45 miles home and opened the bucket we find 4 drumsticks, 1 wing, 2 thigh & 1 breast. Nothing was mentioned about being out of certain cuts. Normally an 8 pc has 2 of each cut - doesn’t it. What a rude awakening to pay $23.00 & get what we got. It would be nice to get a credit for from better pieces.
Absolutely horrible service my food was cold I stand there for probably 20 minutes while the minion's played grab ass with the one chick that worked there and they were not busy at all there was 2 other people in there whom had their dinner

I honestly have no idea how they go this food out to me so quickly. I was half expecting a mess when I got home but everything was fresh if a little hastily put together. It was delicious and that is all that matters though.
Usually I expect to wait for 10 minutes and have the food be hit and miss but this time it seemed like everything was operating great inside the building. An extra thanks to the employee who corrected my order after I messed up.

No inside seating again. Chicken Pot pie was disappointing. Almost no chicken and mushy inside. Almost like they crushed up old pie crust and mixed it into filling.
