I knew I was in for a treat when I saw the chili vinegar sauce on the table! This Vietnamese food was delicious, I ordered the vermicelli and would certainly order it again!
You can hear everything being prepared fresh in the kitchen and the flavor definitely reflects that. The egg rolls were savory and crunchy, the broth was packed with flavor, the veg was so fresh and the mint added such a kick of brightness.
So happy with this stop, will definitely be retuning if I find myself in Dickinson again!

North Dakota! Why are you hiding this little gem from us!? I travel to film on location often and always hunt for places like this one. I’ve lived in big cities like Seattle, Los Angeles, Orlando.. and I’m a big fan of Asian food and specifically Vietnamese.
This place is very unassuming but it packs a punch. My friend and I ordered the Spring Rolls, Beef Fried Rice and a side of Pho broth (to go order). This blew my expectations out of the water. Everything we had was fresh and had great highlights to every bite. The spring roll peanut sauce is amazing, the soft steak bites in the fried rice was excellent.
I could go on but you just gotta stop in and try it. This was my favorite lunch of the trip from Seattle to Chicago.
