I was having terrible cramps today, my man wanted to surprise me with a cheese pizza the way i like it, some pepperoni bored bites, and loads of crazy Breadsticks (2 sides). My man ordered online, paid an extra $2 for a cheese pizza all because i prefer light sauce, which would have been fine. Until he picks up the order, and gets to his vehicle. They missed a whole order of breadsticks. He has to walk back inside and after double checking the order, he is also missing both orders of marinara that are INCLUDED with the Breadsticks. After having to go in a second time, exhausted from work in the oilfield he gets home from over an hour away from this location just to realise they didnt even put light sauce on my cheese pizza. It was LOADED with sauce, which is what a hot n ready normally looks like. We wish we could tip AFTER service because are you kidding me? What part of this order screamed too difficult to make?!
UPDATE: A HAIR IS BAKED INTO THE PEPPERONI BITES!! I thought maybe it was from us but after trying to pull it off, it was clearly BAKED IN from this restaurant!

Girl running the front was nice and willing to help. But the pizza was disgusting and horrible. We got the pretzel crust cheese pizza and it was disgusting. 1st off it was suppose to be pretzel crust ( it was regular pizza crust). 2nd they spread the salt so thick and heavy on the crust and the whole pizza it was like eating a salt pizza. Not too happy about it. And 3rd the wing were suppose to be original plain. And well ended up spicy and hot. My son came to me and told me he can’t eat it. It’s way too salty. He wasn’t lying that for sure. I tried a piece and wow do t think I’ll need to take my blood thinner tonight.

Guy at the drive thru on September 19th at 1:46 seems so miserable, doesn't talk or say your welcome. So unprofessional with customer service. All you have to do is smile a little and not seem so gone. It was a little disrespectful honestly. If you go here just order what you need and don't say thank you. It won't be appreciated.

Whoever was working on calls on September 3rd, 2025 at 8:20 pm should be fired immediately for his rude behavior in service, hung up because he could not pronounce my name which is not complicated. I did not appreciate how he was very rude on the phone and I couldn’t have been more polite. God forbid somebody wants to order their pizza for delivery.

Had to wait 15 minutes came back and the food wasn’t all the way done they told me to part out front and they would bring the food out as soon as it was finished waited 10 more minutes and the food never got brought out had to go in and get it and it still wasn’t done for another 5 minutes

Terrible service. Disgusting atmosphere. Pulled up to the drive through picking up an order and person at the window was stuffing their face with pizza. Told me I couldn’t order a custom pizza past 8. Ended up ordering it online and got it 30 minutes later. Very lazy workers, just didn’t want to do their job.
Went through the drive through. Got what they had available. It was fresh and decent.
