Lady was absolutely rude. Said she was working with new people and told people waiting to just deal with it. Told off another customer who was waiting for over an hr for a piZa that was made wrong 3 times. He asked for a few crazy bread to snack on while he waited and she yelled at him in front of the entire group. She is absolutely lacking in customer service.

I’m a junior in high school at DHS nearby this place and I frequently go here for lunch, the pizza is cheap and the workers are nice and quick despite being so short staffed. Amazing place.

So we got the wrong slice of pizza we had to go back the manager was OK but he didn’t say sorry or anything to us but we went back to grab the cheese pizza and he wasn’t even there to say hey I’m so sorry about the mess up

For the 2nd time this location screwed up an order and now I’m missing almost $10 worth of food I PAID for. This is unacceptable. The boy at the counter also tried to tell me it was going to be a 45 minute wait when there was 1 person in the lobby. And when they finally correct their error on the time they miss a whole half of my order on the smaller items. Disgraceful.

We went to the drive through for take out and ordered a take out pizza and breadsticks. The total was about $14.00 for the two items I ordered. I handed the worker at the window a twenty dollar bill, who took it, said have a nice day, and closed the window without giving me any change back. I never said anything about leaving that $6.00 as a tip and thought it was a bit weird for the worker to assume that it was. He didn’t even give me the opportunity to ask for change back. Overall, weird service, though the food was fine.

Tonight the mangers husband who is also the assistant manager grabbed my son picked him up to where his feet were not touching the ground all while yelling at him because my son said they didn’t get paid to stand around. If they didn’t like something someone said they should fire you not assault there employees!

Horrible, unprofessional service. Rarely does anyone answer at the order intercom, you go to the window because you have been waiting an uncomfortable amount of time at the intercom, and when you finally get to the window to order a simple meal, they won't have any ready and you have to wait outside for them to make more food, only for them to forget about you. You then have to go inside and remind them you ordered and have been waiting outside. It's as if you are an inconvenience to them for trying to eat at their restaurant.
