The carnitas tacos are good. I also tried the Chicharrones Preparadado and LOVED it! I am always up for trying something I haven't had before. The 'Chicharrones' is not fried pork rind it is the large wheat cracker they layer the toppings on... shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, sour cream and PICKLED PORK RIND. The pickled pork rind was so tender and the flavors we so great together!
