Don’t communicate or comprehend well. I hate I spent my money with these guys all these years online not knowing their employees are so rude. The pizza I ordered had no toppings on it literally. The employee was rude when I tried to dispute my order. I basically had to sit on the phone 30 or more minutes just to get help from other people. Hire people that actually care about the customer not people that just need work.

Ordered taco pizza with no onions or tomatoes on half. Pizza came with onions and tomatoes on the whole thing. It was way over cooked tasted like cardboard.

Ordered our pizza at 5:03 pm on a Friday via the app. At 5:18 received a text pizza was out for delivery. That is under 20 min for two hot and fresh pizzas delivered to my door. And it tasted great. Nice job!
Food was delayed, order wasn't complete. Kids were waiting for food as it was my 7 year Olds birthday party at a trampoline park that was timing our time there.

Ordered through door dash because app was not working and selected the big dinner box with 3 pizzas. I ordered 3 different pizzas one with pepperoni for sure and the other with sausage. I opened it and it came with cheese only on both pizzas. I called the store and the person was rude and said I only ordered cheese and said there is nothing I can do to help you. They won't even mark delivered in doordash so I can try to.resolve it with them. It's going to be awhile before I order from here again. Shouldn't have even ordered after the big scandal they had in the first place recently.

i have used this location multiple times and normally my food is prepared just right and tastes good, but on sunday the 10th of september i ordered pizza and cheese sticks, the cheese sticks were very good but the pizza was unedible, it was soggy and not fully cooked, i always tip well and i did so in this order but i will not order from this location again, the pizza hut app is a fraud, its extremely slow and every time i try to redeem my points it freezes up
