Went in at 8pm. Nothing on the buffet was appealing. Green peppers & olives were the popular choices of the evening. There was even a full pizza with cheese, black & green olives. No potatoes or gravy. Nothing was labeled. No dessert pizza, chicken was very dry. No lettuce just 3 tubs of spinach. Dressings were empty. Very disappointed for $35, we each had 2 pieces of chicken, I managed to make a salad that was so-so. The gal restocked the salad bar with everything but lettuce & dressings. Not gonna go back to this pizza ranch. This is the second time we have gone & been sorely disappointed.

The cashier at Pizza Ranch was incredibly friendly, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of our visit. The rest of the staff seemed utterly unhappy, which created a negative atmosphere. To make matters worse, the place was swarming with flies, and we even found a dead one on our table, which was really unappetizing.
The buffet was nearly always empty, forcing us to keep an eye on the kitchen like vultures waiting for food to come out. Despite the restaurant being packed, there were only two fruit pizzas and two small cookie pizzas, which were devoured almost immediately.
As for the food, it fell far short of even average buffet standards—bland and uninspired. Sadly, the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations, and it’s clear that some serious improvements are needed.
