Went with family struggled to find seats. Ordered a pizza and got told that they couldn't bring it to our table because it was already out but it was gone. Chicken was mostly empty other stuff was dried. Went to the arcade and most games weren't working and no one was helping

I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt I had to. First, they gave a military discount to an already good price. The chicken was good and it kept coming out. 👍 food was good, service was fantastic!!! Great job Pizza Ranch, if I ever drive through again I will 100% be stopping by.

This is normally our go to place to eat when we go to Dickinson. The last few visits were starting to get disappointing but this afternoon was the worst. The food was clearly sitting out for a long time. The pizza, chicken, mashed potatoes and buttered noodles were all dried out and did not taste very good. The noodles were dried to the point that they were turning hard again. We wish we would have taken pictures of everything to show how dry things were. We asked for, at least, fresh pizza and noodles, and none was ever brought and we were there for a good 30 minutes waiting for fresh stuff. We finally decided to eat what we could and left. If this is how this place is becoming, we are going to have to find a new go to place, which would suck because we liked the place. We also noticed 95% of the decorations were taken off of the walls and if we decide to keep coming here, we would like to see them back up...especially the faith based decorations.
My kid is obsessed with this place. Occasionally a picky eater but always shovels food here! Love the arcade and while there's usually a few games down, most are working!

Our most visited eatery in town. Always go here for family meals. Use the reserved rooms for those. Best fried chicken in town. Pizzas are great too. The manager they have now has really turned the place around for the better.
Went in at 8pm. Nothing on the buffet was appealing. Green peppers & olives were the popular choices of the evening. There was even a full pizza with cheese, black & green olives. No potatoes or gravy. Nothing was labeled. No dessert pizza, chicken was very dry. No lettuce just 3 tubs of spinach. Dressings were empty. Very disappointed for $35, we each had 2 pieces of chicken, I managed to make a salad that was so-so. The gal restocked the salad bar with everything but lettuce & dressings. Not gonna go back to this pizza ranch. This is the second time we have gone & been sorely disappointed.
