Today, I had a very negative experience at this location. We placed an order through the app and had to wait at least 35 minutes for it to be acknowledged. At one point, we informed one of the staff members, and she said she would take care of it, but more time went by and the order was still not processed. When we asked again, her response was that they would prioritize the orders of people who were physically present, even though we had ordered earlier through the app.

One of the items wasn’t even placed on the counter, and when it was finally handed to us, the ice had melted and the drink was watered down, which significantly affected its flavor. The rest of the order was the same drink, but each one was prepared differently and all of them tasted unpleasant.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve encountered issues at this location, especially with orders placed through the app. What’s most disappointing is that the people who were with us were on vacation visiting Dickinson, and they left with a very bad impression of the place.

I had a very disappointing experience. We placed an online order and had to wait over 45 minutes to receive our drinks, while customers ordering in person were served quickly. We asked about our order twice before it was finally handed to us.
Amber, the employee who assisted us, was completely unprofessional and dismissive throughout the whole interaction. When we finally got the drinks, the taste was not what we expected at all.
Overall poor service, bad attitude, and drinks that weren’t worth the wait. Definitely not coming back.

They took more than 35 minutes to give me the order and their excuse was that online orders were not a priority for them, after making the claim twice was that they prepared the order. The 0/10 drink was not what I ordered, it tasted very bad and my partner was told that there was no macchiato caramel when there were the ingredients to prepare. If I could put zero stars I would give it... very bad service, I won't come back

Worst frappachino I've ever had in my life. I asked for an extra shot of espresso, I my drink had absolutely no flavor. It was like ice and water. I will never go here again. I only drank a few drinks of it and instantly got sick probably from all the fake strawberry syrup that was in a puddle at bottom of it.

Nice little Starbucks, located in the Family Fare Supermarket. The barista was very friendly.

We decided to grab a couple of iced lavender matchas while grabbing a few items. Gavin was running the whole place all by his self. There was people waiting ahead and behind. He had us out so quick I didn't even get a chance to tell him we could go grab our stuff while he takes care of everyone. What's more is this guys attitude. Absolutely phenomenal! Extremely positive and never stopped smiling or wavered once. And he killed the drinks!!! This guy is my hero.

Having to dispute charges through my bank is such a pain! I ordered a $9.62 drink and was charged $25.00. And as always there's nothing they can do to help. -_-
