Dude behind the counter was rude! No excuse. Ordered the $6.99 special with the $3.00 add-on. Wanted to charge me $16+ then gets short with me when I corrected him. I WAS in a good mood when I entered.

Bread was so stale that I couldn’t eat it properly without peeling it off, one sandwich was toasted when it wasn’t supposed to be and we got three macadamia cookies when we wanted two and one chocolate chip

To the owner of the store why can't we use coupons at this store it's a franchise you shouldn't have the decision to cut coupons out of the store you guarantee the other two stores will let us use them pretty disappointed in the owner all you think about money and not making the customers happy

We drive from Northern Michigan to Yellowstone's National Park and back, and this was by far the BEST Subway we have ever been to. Easy to find right off the highway, clean, great selection to choose from, and the ladies working were super nice (even though they were busy) AND knew what tippings the choices came with. Amazing!! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Hate to rate this so poorly. It wasn't a food quality issue ... the location on Google is a couple blocks(?) south of where we eventually saw it after we gave up and headed to the Walmart location. Please fix this and I'll delete this (mostly undeserved) review. Not sure who's fault this is - it just failed for us.

Pretty sure it was Julia. I hope I didn’t spell it wrong. I was greeted with a smile and Julia took over and making sure my order was right. I noticed she had a 3 year pin on her visor. That’s impressive these days. Take care of that lady! She is an asset!

Ordered off the app and all was ready when we got there, tho oddly enough the app still said it wasn't done yet. And the two 6 inch subs were of significantly different lengths, a bit of a quality control failure. Still tasty etc but either one of us was shorted or the someone else was later!
