Employee kept walking around loudly singing while our food sat on a counter getting cold. Waited for half an hour then went to the counter. No one would help us. Finally, a girl walked in fresh on shift amd helped us before even clocking in.

Ordered dine in; waited 15 minutes for food. six people working but no one asked us if we had been helped, apologized for the delay, or acted like they cared. One finally said “we forgot you were here. We ate in the dining room but they were closing up everything around us at 5:45 pm. They told us they close dining room at 6 pm. Out in the parking lot, my car door was open near another parked car. Employee stepped out and told me repeatedly to be careful, I was going to scratch his car! Terrible experience!

Well I just went through the drive-thru and couldn't help but notice three employees handling money and then going back to preparing my food. One of them was scratching her head while she was making somebody else's burrito. Absolutely disgusting and will be reported.
