So, I've been here in the past and didn't have the greatest experience. That was many years ago though. The last two times that I've visited this establishment, the food tasted like Taco Bell. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was good. One of the employees was singing, but that didn't bother me. That is my honest review.

The Good: some of the staff are quite pleasant. much of the time the food is made correctly.

The Bad: some of the staff are a bit off. not necessarily rude but you know if you had a problem, you might find out. when the order is wrong, I'm already where I'm going when I find out. you can sense the bad attitude effects custom orders as things aren't made right but certainly made the standard way. I don't think they keep staff for very long as every time I go thees a new person. they had an exceptionally good woman running drive through but she seems to be gone. dunno what happened there but bring her back please. white lady, brown hair? cant remember. Drive thru takes a long time regardless of day. don't know why. i mean sometimes 20 minutes with 3 vehicles. it's fast food lmao.

The ugly: Ordering from a touch screen is both nice and creepy. Good for disabled folks I suppose. Food items are weird now. cheezits in my taco? no ma'am. Taco Bell itself is getting weird

We ordered ahead for pick up an hour prior to our arrival. We ended up having to go back for half our food as it was not included. After returning the chicken burrito did not include ANY chicken.

2 people working. First time at this location. Took 20 minutes to get a burrito and crunch wrap. Male was not concerned at all about possibly moving around a little quicker. I've heard a lot of bad things about this location. I love taco bell. I'll give them one more shot.

Every time I order door dash here, my dasher is waiting 30+ minutes for my food AFTER they get there, it’s ridiculous. And if I order extra of something, it’s as if they don’t add any extra servings, so I’m basically paying extra for nothing.

When your order is ready they don't have anyway for you to get your order other than wait in the long drive tru line. My order said it was ready to be picked up and it took over in hour in line and the food was cold. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant.

We waited in line for over an hour. They kept saying they had many large orders in front of us, but the parking lot was empty and there were no cars in the lot. We would have left, but we had payed online. Not worth it at all.
