Where is the new manager she was blonde had glasses she needs to be back in this store immediately. She was really there trying to get that place better working up front greeting customers making sure everyone in the lobby had an update on their order. The team seemed much happier to be there when she was there. They were all laughing and working and she was setting them up for success I can't remember her name she told me she had tattoos blonde hair black hair at one point. Anyway whatever you guys got to do to get her back id say you'd better because the service now compared to them and just the atmosphere totally downhill your staff is super unhappy the problem with higher ups is they don't listen to the people who work with each other. Id bet 1000 that they aren't happy with her gone. Management franchise whoever has control you guys are failing. Bring her back

Rude employees. Arrived in lobby at 5:26pm to order food and they told us the lobby was closed and had to go through the drive thru even thought I had a mobile order and they canceled it

This is the 3rd time now I have come here and it takes 20 minutes for the food to be made. Normally I wouldn't say anything but when I see 3 people working and 2 others just walking in circles doing nothing, it's aggravating! 3 customers total in the place.

I very rarely go to Taco Bell because the service just hasn’t been good where I live and I was never planning on writing a review but today when I went through just was the worst so far. It takes forever to order the food, it was cold and then they put my taco pizza in the bag sideways. They have no common sense at all. Who does that. Then I say something to her and she just gives me a crappy look. Not an I apologize I don’t know why they did that or let me get you a new taco pizza just a dumb crappy look and closed the window. I was hoping the Taco Bell would get better when it got taken over by someone else but nope same old lazy Taco Bell.

Prices went up. I usually get the nachos Bell grande combo. It used to come with a taco but it don't anymore. It costs a lot more.

So, I've been here in the past and didn't have the greatest experience. That was many years ago though. The last two times that I've visited this establishment, the food tasted like Taco Bell. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was good. One of the employees was singing, but that didn't bother me. That is my honest review.
