Lousy location, lousy service, lousy employees and mgmr with stinky attitudes, dealt with some Hispanic guy with a bad attitude as if I was annoying him for asking for extra sauces, lobby was okay, food was extremely expensive for barely nothing and cold too, food took almost 20 minutes just to be ready, noticed a lady running back and forth into the kitchen and bathroom than handling customers food, felt unease with the possibility she wasn't washing her hands and could cause customers food poison or sickness from unsanitary ness, I've been to other taco John's and this one was a joke and needs some serious changes. Won't be getting my business again

First time here and will be my last. Seems like a bunch of under aged kids working here, totally illegal and unprofessional. Order took almost 25 minutes just for some potatoe bites and tacos, seems like a circus of clowns running this place, a blonde headed women came out from the kitchen yelling on a phone and disclosuring her personal life and business in the lobby, slammed her hands on the lobby table like a deranged gorilla throwing a tamper tantrum, she than repeatedly coughed with her mouth open and than used her hand to wipe some snot and tears from her face, worst part was she immediately went back to the cashier and begin taking orders like it was nothing, didn't even bother to wash her hands and was handling customers money and food which is a big health hazard, a customer simply asked if there order was almost ready and the lady snapped on him and said hold on aggressively and the customer mentioned I have been waiting almost 30 minutes now and asked for a refund which she refused and claimed ord we has already been made can't refund, once I did receive my food, it appeared slightly cold and undressed, seemed my food was also rush through and sloppy made. I do not recommend this fast food joint and will not contribute nor patronize a business that treats customers in this manner.

Ordered my meal got home missing my potato oles. Drove all the way back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order which then contained hair. Called the restaurant in regards to the two problems where I further was passed to three different staff members. The “manager” comes on the phone and I explain the situation where she further tells me that “no one with that type of hair works here”… The hair was at the bottom of my cup as you can see… She then does nothing to solve it and hangs up the phone on me rudely as she states in a nasty tone that I’ve done this before! Everytime I’ve eaten at this restaurant they are always forgetting people’s items. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EATING HERE!!!

We’ve been to this TJs a few times while passing through. The staff are always super friendly and the food comes out exactly as ordered, and quickly. This place is great, highly recommend!

We ordered online. Grabbed food to take to hotel. Our kids meal was missing literally everything but the chicken which was super dry. We payed extra for sour cream and cheese to dip. That was not in the bag. The crunchy tacos were soggy and the shells all cracked before they were soggy. Ice tea was very concentrated and tasted like it had been there a long time. We asked for extra sauce packets. We received none, and no napkins. Burritos were good.
My grilled chicken burrito was very good. My wife was a bit disappointed in the taco burger, said it didn't have a lot of flavor. She was remembering the taste from years ago when it was on the menu. Drive thru was extremely slow this time. Usually not an issue.

I visited the Dickinson location on 8/11. There was a long line and about a 10–20 minute wait inside, but the food still turned out good. What stood out to me was that the place seemed severely understaffed—apparently some people had called out. There were only two cooks and two younger employees who couldn’t cook but still provided good customer service. Just a heads-up: treat your employees well and they’re more likely to show up. Other than that, the food was decent.

While traveling through Dickenson recently I thought this would be a nice change of pace. 45 minutes later I was finally served my order. Everyone there at the time was experiencing similar wait times. So on my way back through 2 weeks later I thought it can't be that bad all the time. I walked in to see about 10 customers waiting to give their order and asked how long they were waiting. Needless to say I just left not wanting to go through that again. Heads up , just plain poor management.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and ended up with a skimpy litely filled cheese quesadilla and some random burrito that I didn’t even order that went in the trash. By the time I got my food and to my motel room it was too late to go back and ask for it to be corrected. The management really needs to evaluate their training process, the poor guy at the drive thru said it was his 3rd day their and it was only him and one other person. I would really like a refund as the only thing that was right in my order was my fountain drink..
