Ordered my food waited only to find out they gave it to the wrong person then the staff started arguing and swearing about it while I'm still waiting. Brought my order out with food still missing. Had customers walk out while I was waiting. The place is a joke and filthy

I ordered a six pack and a pound at 5:30 to pick up at 6:00 ! Walked into your building at 5:55 and stood there for 20 minutes with out any agnosticism! Left at 6:15 with no food! Thanks alot!!!!!

Was excited to see this Tjs next to the gas station we stopped at. Had to have lunch here because all the Taco Johns in Fargo/Moorhead closed permanently. Excellent food as always. Those potato oles are to die for, lol.
Whatever happened to the customer always being right? Even when there in the wrong does not matter you in the food industry make the customers happy because that’s your paycheck not mine, I don’t know who the lady was in the drive thru she did not give a name even when I asked for it! Wasn’t even wearing her name tag, any ways she was a elderly lady with long gray hair ( the manager ), We received our food and just asked for a burrito.. we were missing one, kept constantly asking which burrito and we told them which one and just asked for the one to be made correctly, they tried taking the burrito back, once it’s out the window you cannot take food back after it’s been touched, thats in all food industry’s I as a manager know this, not that I didn’t want to keep the burrito any ways it was incorrect, I just wanted the right burrito! I was doing the right thing, instead of fixing the problem she decided to argue, I asked for the corporate number, oh wait let me add I forgot you offered a refund because you got scared after I asked for corporates number, that’s okay, I will be getting ahold of corporate. We spent a good amount of money and to argue over one burrito for a big franchise that makes good money was quite ridiculous.

Bean tostada usually beans cheddar cheese lettuce They added their version of peco was terrible and Mexican cheese tasteless, had crunchy taco, beef no spices and forgot my cheddar cheese.NEVER AGAIN STICKING WITH TACO BELL THEY ARE EXCELLENT ? 5 STAR ✨✨⭐
