Everyone was very polite there. The meats are fabulous. Especially the sausages (including head cheese and liver sausage) and they don't need MSG to taste good. Bravo to The Wurst Shop!!!

They sell year old meats. Purchased meat, got to my car and date showed a year old. Meat and seafood in freezer showed April of 2022. Gentleman was not apologetic and could care less when I was given a refund. Health department should know about this. If I could give negative 5 I would. This is unacceptable as someone should become very Ill and sue.

I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff, which was great. She showed me a few of their different featured products. I browsed for a short bit and they have some great stuff. I saw several different types of jams, spices, and local breads and desserts.The in-house sausage was very tasty! Will definitely be back when driving through Dickinson.

The employees are great. Friendly and offered a taste of anything I was interested in. They had a wide selection of tastes of their main sausage which is a summer sausage --- garlic was the best. I was a little disappointed that a shop with a very German name didn't have some of the traditional German sausages like weisswurst, leberkase, etc. But the sausages and meats that I bought were all excellent. Beef sticks I highly recommend.

Every time I come to Dickinson, I have to get my homemade sausage fix to take home.I've been coming here sporadically for years and have taken their wonderful eats to Canada, New York, Virginia and Texas, wherever I've been living.No higher praise is possible.
Very cool shop that had been cleaned out for the 4th. They did have some jerky, and Halva which were both very good. Steaks looked pretty good. They had frozen crab and lobster too. Talked to the owner’s son who was very friendly. Very cool selection of jellies I had never seen before. Grabbed a selection a friend said were good and more local.
