I haven't had yum in a really long time so I was all excited to go there last night. I was very disappointed to find both of the flavors I wanted were out. I had to settle for yellow cake batter & white chocolate which were ok I guess. As I stood over the topping options trying to imagine what would go good with these 2 flavors the cashier lady huffed her breath at me & wouldn't even engage in a simple conversation about what she would recommend. She just seemed like she wanted me out of there so she could go back to looking at her phone. I was SHOCKED at my total. $19 for 1 cup of froyo! I mean that is absolutely positively ridiculous! The insane prices & rude cashier, Ashlyn, will be the reason I don't return for another few years.

There were a few machines that weren't working. and the taste was not good at all. Was my first and last time here. It definitely is not worth the money. Plus, there are barely any options to choose from, and none of them were good.

So many varieties of toppings. nuts, candy, sprinkles, fresh fruit, bobas and syrups. Love the frozen yogurt but the ice cream machine was turned around, not available!! The strawberry yogurt came out melted. 2 cups cost almost $19....i mean really, i wont be back for awhile.

No one in front when I came in, stock was low on cones, it was Wednesday which is 50% off waffle cone day .. Guess what they were out of! And then the frozen yogurt that I got was not even a half a cup and it cost me OVER 10 bucks!! I'm sorry those are ridiculous prices. First time in last time in.

March 5th 2023. at a little after 8 it was me my wife, and 2. kidsMy experience was crap, came in with no help once I tried talking to the lady and getting some help after being blown off twice. I get our ice creams and paid 65 dollars for 4 ice creams, once in a while is not terrible. But I forgot hot fudge to put on my ice cream, I asked the lady if I could put some on she said no she had already weighed it, I asked her if I could just buy some on the side, she said no.I won't be coming back to this place, ridiculously expensive then to be rude on top. Hot fudge must be made of gold. Even after I offered to pay for it.

Was delicious but the experience was underwhelming. Way to expensive. Never have lids for the larger size. And asking for a tip the the register when offering no customer service is unacceptable.

4 smaller sized frozen yogurts and paid almost $80! That seems a bit much, not to mention the woman in front got 4 bigger sizes and paid half what we did. Post your prices when you know people are going to be shocked when they get up to pay for! .99 cents an ounce is ridiculous!
