York's Barbeque Pit

I paid $17 for the worst barbecue I have ever had in my life and to top it off it was smaller than a child's size portion. I can almost swear it was Lloyd's BBQ out of the tub on a dinner roll and some gas staion coleslaw. I try to praise places and sometimes overrate restaurants, but this is seriously nasty and they are just riping people off. You might have a good experience and the owner might disagree with my criticism, but this was just my experience so I haven't returned.

I finally got to Dickinson to try York’s BBQ Pit! Holy Toledo, it was fantastic!! We got four meat choices and three sides to split and all of them were delicious! The Burnt Ends & Queso Mac were my tip top faves! Well done Robbie!!

Amazing food, I lucked out being able to get it! Brisket was ridiculously good and so tender it fell apart on its own but had plenty of bark, pulled pork was cooked just right, and the mac and cheese was amazing with the peppers. Alabama White sauce was the perfect mix of vinegar, not too much horseradish or anything! The spicy bbq had just the right kick. Excellent affordable prices to boot! Thank you for an amazing experience, I usually don’t get to partake in great bbq like this. I’m from North Carolina and drive tractors around the US and Canada and rarely get to experience good bbq like this. Truly made my night - my wife was getting tired of hearing me rave about it!

I ordered the brisket and chicken. Both were cooked perfectly. The brisket was tender and pulled apart nice. The chicken was juicy. I got the regular bbq sauce I should have got the spicy.

I went here the other night and was super disappointed after seeing pretty much every beef option had an upcharge.Why even bother making barbecue if everything is upcharged?Or better yet, why not just put the final price on the menu instead of the price plus $3 or however much it was.

Excellent choice to support local food vendors. We ordered a bit of everything and were not disappointed. The brisket, chicken and pulled pork were delicious. The ribs and sausage did not disappoint either. The beans and potato salad were a great addition but the French fries are otherworldly. We will be eating here more often!

Rude staff. Not only did I wait almost 25 minutes for my order when the order was at the window even though I said the name three or 4 times they needed "proof" I'm a dasher so I had to go all the way back to the car grab my phone and show them my dasher app so I could pick up my order would not go here again.

The smoked chicken knoephla soup is better than any I have had from anywhere else here. All their food is amazing. They have everybody else beat. Definitely worth trying. Highly recommend!

My family and I have eaten some good BBQ but never this good!! Absolutely delicious!!!! If you haven’t tried York’s your missing out! And the staff is seriously the friendliest!! We all had the brisket, ribs and smoked sausage… Everything was TOP notch! Highly recommended!

YORK'S BBQ is hands down some of the BEST BBQ around. At 65 yrs old my husband said the sausage is the best he has EVER tasted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Find this bbq food truck whenever you drive through - or stay in - Dickinson, ND. Tender ribs, burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, rolls, queso mac & cheese - this was lunch & dinner for us. Wonderful.
