I had my husband stop for supper after work tonight. We had coupons that expire at the end of this month so thought we might as well use some. Service was slow but he said it was busy. I wanted a taco burger, the person taking the to go order said they don't have those(we've ordered them many times and not that long ago). She asked another employee and they said, yes, ring it up as a special. My husband asked for no lettuce but they put lettuce on which doesn't reheat well. I checked the receipt and it said "no lettuce". My husband said the person waiting on him struggled applying the coupon as well. The last time we ordered at this location it was really good but a manager was working and showing people how to do orders etc.

Very unprofessional, they supposed to open at 7 am on Sunday but no body showed till 7:45 am. If you are not opens at 7 then please change your timings on google so i could save someone’s time.

Came in for lunch today. I literally never eat at Taco John so needed a little help ordering. The male cashier who seemed nice enough to start really wasn't overly helpful. The guy making/packaging orders knew far more and had to assist. It may have been the cashier was new and didn't have it all down yet? I saw on the back wall some lemonade drinks. I asked if those came out of the fountain machine of which I pointed towards. He said yes. So I ordered a lemonade and was handed the cup. It was obviously those lemonades were not dispensed from the front drink machine. I asked the cashier who didn't know, but the guy packing orders did. I was told by him, different machine different price. The problem was I ordered a lemonade. The cashier immediately got defensive and said I did NOT order a lemonade! And went on to say I shouldn't be rude to customer service people. I actually wasn't being rude. They should have just said honest error, let me fill your cup with lemonade. But they didn't. Had I not already paid for my meal I would have walked out. If this employee is new he needs better training so he can answer customer questions with knowledge and he needs to essentially not try to save face in front of the other employee and just admit he was wrong or at the very least fake it. I 1000% ordered a lemonade. And frankly would have paid extra had he not been such a pompass jerk to a paying customer trying Taco John for the first time. Saturday June 22, around 5:10pm. I will not return to this location. My meal was good at least.

I just want to say that the woman working the counter when we visited was amazing. You could tell she was so stressed, and felt so bad about not being able to give the fastest service. She apologized profusely for the wait, and tried her hardest to get to everyone on time. Anyone would would complain about the slow service should seriously work in the food industry for a bit!

It's not often you come across a fast food establishment that actually have very friendly employees who are actually having a good time and enjoying their jobs!Just young kids trying to make a living and doing a stellar job in the process! The food was good and the service was amazing! Clean dining room. Keep up the great job, guys. Highly recommend.

Really good, especially for a small town and this has really good food to!
Always, always check your bag if you do take out. They will forget things like my potato oles. They will screw up your order. I ordered a stake and potato burrito and got a beef. The beef has onions which i don't eat. I also didn't want sour cream and got sour cream! So, check your order before leaving the restaurant! When my friend got her stake bowl it looked like it didn't have any meat on it.

I'm not a complainer, but the food was awful. The people were nice. My wife got what was supposed to be a crunchy burrito with something that looked like runny chili and a chip or two crunched on top. I had "super" nachos and two crispy tacos. The nachos were not super and tacos were barely filled. A waste of 20 plus dollars. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

Horrible food and does not follow simple instructions in a highly simple order. I asked to remove things and change steak to chicken and i got steak and everything before removal.
