Had lunch with my family, waitress friendly and attentive to our requests. Service was quick, we had a table of 8 and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Excellent service and food.

at times new employees don't say directly what not to order but all I got to say people make mistakes its close to home Cooked meal Id ever had.
since I don't work there anymore cannot vow that it's made with love, unless you go when Raymond & Diann are working breakfast and lunch.
then your food has tlc.
I hope they improve though, Because Raymond & Diann I think are about to retire.

I went there on a Saturday night for their prime rib and it was worth the drive. The meat was so soft that teeth were optional. Unfortunately, they only had two waitresses that managed a big birthday party, a bunch of pick-up orders plus the rest of us coming for the special. It seemed a little chaotic, but they managed well and I was eating a delicious meal in a timely matter.

Visiting here from out of state, and this is pretty much the only place around to grab a bite to eat. Instant regret. The food had no seasoning at all, and to make matters worse they have this goofy kid with glasses in the back cooking who needs a reality check. He obviously hates his job and honestly he's not good at it. How do you mess up something as simple as a burger. Our server on the other hand did what she could do to help in the situation. Definitely not worth stopping in.

Oh my goodness. Am I SO happy that I stopped here. You have to get the signature King Burger. Don’t get anything else. It’s delicious and tastes like a classic American burger. My dad and I shared one and an order of fries. If you’re in the area, you can’t miss this!!!

I hear this is a good place, but we just had a bad experience with 4 of us and 2 infants. Our friend ordered an Ice Tea and it tasted like it was just sitting in tea bags from the whole day. We ordered mozzarella sticks and the marinara was fermented. Gross! My wife ordered a fish entree and she didn't get her food for an entire hour. I was able to eat my appetizers and my entree and she was still waiting. When her food arrived, they were missing an item and had to go make that. Her entree was slightly burnt as well.

To be honest, the food often varies. Sometimes it can be really great other times, not so great. And the same goes for the service. It all depends on what type of waitress you end up with. Some are really attentive, and there are ones with whom you have difficulty even getting your full order.

My mother placed an order over the phone, they took her order of a Large Taco pizza and a family order of fries. By the time it should’ve been done and someone was on their way to pick it up, we got a call from dales saying they’re not making pizzas now but if we wanted our fries they’re ready. I don’t understand why they took our order for the pizza in the first place just to call back and say they aren’t making them now.

My wife and I ordered well done steak off the menu after waiting for over a hour the food finally arrived at the table. The steak was bloody and raw we had the prom to attend at 7pm and was late for that as well after having to wait for over a hour for our food. We just had a cold cup of coffee and left so we got no supper at all. The quality of food at deals café has dramatically decreased over the last year. I don’t think we will be ordering anything from there anymore. No gas, no cigarettes nothing we will take our business elsewhere from now on. This is not the first time that this is happened to us at Dales.
