First time being here and more than likely the last due to the service alone. Atmosphere was very comfortable and the place was packed! Was concerned due to most tables not having any food and was concerned regarding the wait. That was not the case at all, food was very good but the downfall was the service. Waitress we had was very rude and snappy. When we had been waiting for 15-20 minutes to order & then friends walked in so we were speaking to them, waitress walks up and asks if we are ready to order, I told her yes(but I forgot the number of the meal I wanted so I was looking) and she spoke and said I needed to hurry up because they were busy.. There were people standing and waiting for a table so as we were leaving we gathered our plates and put them in the bus bin to help the waitress and tried to go back to get our cups and she told us to get out of the way and move.. she was very close to touching me to move me. There were two people in our party and we left a $10 tip, if I hadn’t paid already she would have gotten nothing after that rude comment. Won’t be back due to that alone

Everytime I have came and ate there it is almost always packed full of costumer's and I can't think of a time I went there for take out or dine in and actually got what I ordered Everytime you order something one tiny thing is wrong and when you ask servers to help they say they will and they never even end up coming back to the table I ordered a milkshake there and I never ended up getting it as I was checking out they tryed charging me for a milkshake I never got customer service is alright some of the servers can be rude I wouldn't recommend this place as there is a bunch other restaurants here way more worth the money and if your looking for flavorful food granny's is not really the place to go as their food is bland and very plain

We stopped in on 07/28/2024, my mom lives here in Grafton and she wanted to take my wife and I and our two boys aged 3 and 5 out to breakfast there. We had an amazing meal and service was quick with little wait time. Our waitress Tori was very nice and friendly and on point with every request we made, big thank you to her! The food was plated very nice and the fries were some of the best we’ve ever had! The inside of the restaurant is cozy and inviting. Overall We would definitely recommend this location for breakfast and lunch, and look forward to eating there again.
Dietary restrictions: They do have a lighter side area in their menu, staff also listen to requests very well.
Parking: There is lots of room for parking and they also have handicap parking spots right up front.
Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu and the staff are very friendly towards kids. There is also a claw game in the entrance.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair seating and the entrance is wheelchair accessible and is level with the sidewalk.
The waitress was very friendly. Food was great and hot. Prices were reasonable.

Went in to have breakfast and had our own coffee and soda. Was told we couldn't take our own drinks in there. If we wanted coffee we could buy it from them. Water, Coke, orange juice and milk is all they have to drink. They don't have Pepsi products so I was not about to have breakfast without a drink. I don't see why we couldn't take our own drinks since we were going to spend money on food. Because they couldn't sell us drinks they lost our business and lost more money on what we would have paid for the food. We left and we won't be going back!!

Granny's is a nice family restaurant in the edges of Grafton which has been around for a long time. I remember it being there was I was a child living in Grafton. It was conveniently located right outside of my hotel when I came for a visit. Sure enough, I got a comfortable and filling breakfast. The coffee is decent and my cup was always filled. Families hang out and enjoy meals together. Overall, you can't go wrong.

Food is good service was slow it was only two waitresses and there were quite a few tables. A older couple asked for coffee and the older waitress was so rude and replied she was busy to wait and continued her conversation with the ladies she was with and the older couple were so patient and just waited till she finished her conversation.
