First time being here and more than likely the last due to the service alone. Atmosphere was very comfortable and the place was packed! Was concerned due to most tables not having any food and was concerned regarding the wait. That was not the case at all, food was very good but the downfall was the service. Waitress we had was very rude and snappy. When we had been waiting for 15-20 minutes to order & then friends walked in so we were speaking to them, waitress walks up...
Everytime I have came and ate there it is almost always packed full of costumer's and I can't think of a time I went there for take out or dine in and actually got what I ordered Everytime you order something one tiny thing is wrong and when you ask servers to help they say they will and they never even end up coming back to the table I ordered a milkshake there and I never ended up getting it as I was checking out they tryed charging me for a milkshake I never got customer...
We stopped in on 07/28/2024, my mom lives here in Grafton and she wanted to take my wife and I and our two boys aged 3 and 5 out to breakfast there. We had an amazing meal and service was quick with little wait time. Our waitress Tori was very nice and friendly and on point with every request we made, big thank you to her!
