We purchased a couple of Burger and fry coupons to benefit DECA at a local school. The burgers were very good and the fries were crispy and hot! We will be back.

Came in with 9 people and were helped with great generosity. We were even given an extra trio plate for free! Great service and helped with a photo!

We went when it just started to get busy our server Benjamin was running around like a chicken with his head cut off but he was still professional. Eventhough he was busy he would still walk by briefly to see if we were ok. Service was fast eventhough they were busy. All four of us had ordered from the Ultimate Trio, just so we could try a little of every thing. The Wonton Tacos was my fave then the double crunch shrimp. My sisters liked riblets and the pickled fries. It only got 4 stars because the booth seating was very uncomfortable we had to move because the first booth the bones from the seat was cutting into us. We moved to a next booth it was the same thing so we just made the best of it.

As a server myself, this is a tough one for me to write. The last several times we’ve eaten at the Applebees in Grand Forks- the food has been disappointing compared to the Fargo locations. Cheeseburgers bloody and undercooked when asked to be well done. Steaks overcooked and tough as leather when ordered MR. This last time, October 30th, we waited almost an hour for our food. We watched another table sit down after we ordered and received their appetizers long before we received ours. They even had the same waitress as us. Her name was Madisyn. I do believe she was training someone. We waited almost an hour for our food and it was all cold. Wrong sides, but they corrected that. We were still up charged for the different sides so I’m sure that was chef error. We let the server know about the cold food. She offered to warm the food up, but at that point we worried it would take too much time and we didn’t want to be late for our concert so we just packed the meat for the dogs and grabbed food after the concert. They didn’t offer a discount for our troubles. We won’t be back. Very disappointed.

Haven't been to an applebees in years, so I went back a couple weeks ago and it was honestly great. The food is still not the best, but you can't beat the happy hour apps and drinks value. The service we had was honestly astonishing. We came in with a group of 9 or so and they habdels us fantastically. Got food/drinks out pretty quick and we had a great time cutting up with the staff. I'd go back.

The server was really great. However, the building just looks and feels kind of gross. The bathrooms are as dirty as gas station bathrooms. I got the burger which tasted ok but here I am a few hours later unable to sleep because I’m super nauseated. There was way too much grease in the patty itself.

Probably the worst ribs I have ever got from an Appleby, stupid people couldn't even get the order straight. I ordered a riblet platter and they gave me the nastiest ribs they could find

The food was excellent, and our waiter Ben was absolutely outstanding — friendly, attentive, and professional. Thank you for a great experience overall.

However, I do want to mention a disappointing moment. The woman who brought out my friend’s salad she was kinda on Heavy side i did not catch her name plate had a noticeably rude and unpleasant attitude. It felt uncalled for and really impacted the atmosphere of our visit. We came to enjoy a meal and spend quality time together, not to be disrupted by someone’s personal behavior.

I’m pointing this out because it stood out in contrast to the otherwise great service and food. I hope it can be addressed to ensure in the future I wouldn’t have the same experience and kindly remind her the difference between personal and business behaviors please

After sitting in drive thru at b I rger king for 30 min after ordering our meal that cost $30 that's for 2 adults, my wife suggested Applebee's. So we noticed the special where you cand get a burger, fries and drink for $9,so after eating the mean that was served to us 15 min but it was hot, absolutely delicious and the service was awesome. We highly recommend it and will be going back.

Visited with a party of 11, and was seated within 20 minutes. The waitress was attentive and most of the food was good with one exception: the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. I should have known something was fishy when the waitress told me she has never had someone ordered it. The four cheese mac and cheese tasted like creamy, soupy barbecue sauce. I don't know what cheeses Applebee's picked for the Mac and Cheese, but it was not present. Whoever created and implemented the recipe needs to go back to the drawing board. It isn't that hard to find complementary flavors to honey and pepper( hint: cheddar and gruyer work well).

Recommended dishes: Boneless Wings, Mozzarella Sticks

At Grand forks Applebee's that place is a terrible food service every time I go there my order is always terrible I got pink in my Burger I said no pink and they charge you extra salsa that's terrible they need new cooks
