Came in for supper at 4 p.m. happened to be burger night...noice...ordered a burger fries and a big glass of beer was $10. My wife had the same...both burgers were awesome. Waitress explained each burger for us....will def be going back when I cross the border again.

However your response is personal, which you apparently feel is necessary because you have no response to the actual complaints of rude staff.Even though the restaurant is not part of the hotel, the front desk staff are forced to apologize for your poor service.I love a good time, and was a bartender in Denver (in bars that were far more fun), but a hotel needs to conduct business. That includes being able to hear and be heard by hotel guests. And remember, you are located in a hotel, not the other way around. If your owners weren't so rude and self-absorbed, they would have taken care of the sound issue.Also, you should know that it's not responsible to have your customer threaten hotel staff - especially one of your best customers. (If you WERE responsible, you would know this was what was happening, not an argument.)

First time dinning here. If you haven't tried it yet what are you waiting for?!! I had the pulled pork wraps and every bite was so packed with flavor--Wow! I love the laid back atmosphere and the staff is so fun ? Definitely going to be back ❤❤

Absolutely horrible. The place has a nice ambiance and looks nice but the dinner was the worst and the waitresses and bartender were clueless. The roast beef come from a Hormell can I swear. The mashed potatoes are instant potatoes. I thought I was on candid camera because that was the worst meal ever. Sorry.

Ribs were dry could barely pull them apart, they had a wired smell to them it just gaged me. Mac and cheese was cold and drown junk on top of it. Fries were cold. Neither one us ate our order the chicken strips were tasteless along with cold fries! It hurts spending that kind of money on something you can’t eat and enjoy. Disappointed ☹️! Sorry to have to complain but when your living on disability you don’t order out that much, and when you do you want to enjoy it!

Was not impressed with this place. Food was almost burnt, besides having NOT much flavor. I had the pulled pork wrap, with mild BBQ sauce. Didn't really taste like BBQ at all. My fries were really good though. My friend had the classic burger. It was way over done and too much BBQ flavor, plus the bun was hard. Her onion rings were almost burnt. We also ordered potato skins, appetizer. They were NOT, cooked all the way. Were pretty hard and not much cheese. We also thought there should be a description of all the items, on the menu. Shouldn't have to ask the waitress what is on everything. She was very friendly, but didn't come back to the table, much to see if we wanted a refill on pop. Also had to ask for a straw twice. Not sure my friend and I will try it again.

Got the ribs and they were awesome! Mashed potatoes with brown gravy, onion rings and baked beans! All awesome. Service was awesome, wonderful atmosphere and very clean! Highly recommended!!!Other things order were pulled pork sandwiches. Huge sandwich, BBQ sauce is so good and the bun was perfect! The most tender pulled pork I've ever had!!!

Overall not a bad place for some food. I ordered online for pickup on their website. One thing is that its super awkward to do a pickup order as its very unclear where to go or who to talk to. I ordered the chicken rice bowl for $13. Overall the food itself was warm, however it was very flavorless, especially the rice. I think that whatever has changed since the rice bowls were put on the menu needs to be changed back as I will not be returning because paying $13 for a flavorless rice and chicken bowl makes no sense. Also the rice had an interesting texture almost like it was cooked for too long. Overall was disappointed which is sad since the rice bowls last year when they were put onto the menu were out of this world. Also the garlic bread was soggy however thats to be expected I suppose when its a to go order. I have included a picture of how the rice bowls used to look versus how mine was.
Hello, I saw your comment wanting more information about our visit there. I tried emailing you with the email provided but it was not correct. I sent one to what I thought was the right email and never heard back.I ordered the macaroni and cheese with pulled pork, the pasta was cold and mushy but the bowl was extremely hot. I understand sometimes things are made ahead of time but that pasta seemed pretty old over cooked.I ordered a drink right away with our server. I didn't get it until after we received our appetizer and meal which was around 30 minutes later. It was not busy and that was an excessive amount of time to wait for one drink. When I tried the drink it tasted like I was drinking straight liquor, even the person I was with tried it and felt that it was too strong.I had a few bites of my meal and two sips out of my drink. I got food elsewhere on my way home. I had heard good things about this place but was very disappointed with my experience.

Best place for the money you spend if u enjoy ribs, fried foods (fried pickles) mac n' Cheese, brisket, hamburger and fries, soup, shakes, queso, tacos, etc. whatever you want to eat that's good they're on deck with it. Good staff wo are on point and accessible.

The food was just not that great. Fries were partially burnt. Food was really greasy and the bottom bun of my burger was just mush. The menu is also not very descriptive of what is on a burger; it just lists the name of them. I know everyone is having a hard time with service, but the attitude of the manager could have been a bit better as well.

Ordered take out from Big Foot BBQ and oh my goodness I was so impressed! We got two pulled pork sandwiches which were huge and a pulled pork dinner with delivery and tips it was just under 25 buck! The portions were huge, and the meat was so flavorful and tender. Delivery was fast! Enough for leftovers the next day. We did request a dinner role with the dinner but didn't get one. Other than that very very good food! My son loved it too!
