My husband and I ordered Philly sandwiches and there was literally 5 pieces of steak the entirety of his sandwich which is ridiculous considering the price! Funnel fries are good ?? and man taking my order was very funny and nice.

Coming from the south Midwest food is very bland. I’ve noticed up here but bosses spicy chicken is by far some of the best chicken I’ve had in Grand Forks.

They made a small mistake in my order; but, the way they handled the situation, I wish they make a mistake everytime.
Super great customer service, and the manager treats customers well.

Been a customer for Boss for over 4 years. All of this is not new.

I suggest trying their ranch pizza, some chicken, and wedges.

Kid-friendliness: The food is good but one guy is being an asshole !
My GF is hearing impaired and he has the nerve to tell us to show the papers and he keeps telling us to go outside with the dog and we paid our damn food and waiting for it to be done! I am never eating here until this is fixed!

We were very disappointed. If we hadn't been so tired we would have left. The food was good but overpriced for this type of venue. They had no ice for our water and no knives to cut the chicken. The young lady who took our order was very sweet and apologetic.

Highly recommend! Came from a 15 hour drive and all the food places were closed at 1am so we decided to come grab food here. Customer service was amazing, they upped our pizza to a large. The pizza crust had a nice crunch, honestly the best pizza we had. Happy we stopped here! Very nice employees.

Had several issues with the website. They are working to make it right. Suggestion to all is to try the app.

Ordered 3 piece chicken dinner.
Had one tiny breast and two wings. Paid extra for white meat. What a terrible value for $20. No meat and only thing good was the potato wedges. Extremely disappointed. Left hungry.

The flies are horrible. We went outside to get away from the flies and the bees. Then I see a pizza delivery person with a German shepherd in the car. Glad I didn't order pizza delivery because you would have gotten it back. Really a dog

Hit or miss with the pizza quality. When it's good, it's good. Other times it comes out burnt. Also, I've ordered many pizza requesting pie cut as a special request, as many of their pizza ate cut into squares and yet have ever recieved a pizza cut as requested nor is the pizza ever completed by the eta the website gives me. The chicken is usually overcooked and lacks seasoning. The price vs quality of pizza is absurd compared to other local places, which makes sense as they cater to the guests of the hotel they're are connected to. They've had one of their main doors broken for several months and still have not repaired it. Inside is rarely clean and there have been many flies inside as of late. Workers are often on their phones. Overall, it is ok every once in a while if your willing to shell out the insane prices. There are many other great local options I'd recommend over Boss's.
