I've been here 10+ times with my gf and I don't think I've ever been served warm food, it is always cold, almost comically so, it so often the food is cold it's a inside joke between me and my girlfriend, we always say jokingly, you ready for some cold food and fries!!!!!!!!

Visited tonight and was waited in by “certified trainer”. Well I feel like she should relinquish that title because customer service is not her expertise. This is the second time we’ve been there and had to wait 45 minutes or longer for our food. Each time it came out cold and without an apology. Not only that but this time there were 3 other tables that had came at least 20-25 minutes after us and were paying and leaving when we finally got our food. Similar experience to the first. You would think as a trainer you would know that you should go Back and check on a table if you have any inclination their experience was not going well. You would also not put cold food on a table. It would have been better if she came out explained what happened and made it right. Avoiding the situation and hiding makes the customers even more upset! My boyfriend is a reasonable person and he was ready to jon taffer that food on the table! Unacceptable!

Typical sports bar/restaurant. Moderate prices, food is good, decent draft beer selections, lots of TV's, can be loud at times depending on the day of the week or what sporting events are on. Overall a pretty good place to go. Service is pretty good as well.

Our wings and wrap were both old and served cold. We sent the wings back and just got colder wings the second time around. Still got charged full price, the server was less than empathetic. Heard a few other tables making the same comment about cold stale food.

The chef who made me and my moms order MESSED UP mine was suppose to have a lemon pepper dry rub on my 20 boneless wings deal with fries and it did not have it. And my mom was suppose to have the same order as mine but with an asain zing sauce on it and she did not get hers either. The chef messed up but i dont think they should be fired i just think they need to know that they messed up. If you read this review thank you.

Fries were cold and stale. Buffalo ranch chicken wrap was mid at best. Serving crew was good though. Nothing against them at all.

We've eaten here a number of times and the wings have always been delicious. The restaurant is clean, staff is polite, and plenty of sports to watch.
Probably pretty hard to get smaller wings or boneless with less chicken in them. Ordered the discounted daily special then charged the full price. Queso was runny with nearly no chili in it.

The young lady at the counter was super helpful with the atrocious keypad and locker system. Dumbest idea ever, thank God for real people! Atmosphere rating because management clearly doesn't want takeout customers to feel welcome.
Another great stop. Everything is as be low. Staff, food, and beer.
