If you're on any kind of time restraint, this is definitely not the place for you. Definitely not "fast" food by any means of the word. You would think with how long it takes to get your food, or even order for that matter it would be fresh. Absolutely not

They only had 2 workers from what i saw . But the place was empty. It took about 10 mins to get my order in . I was the only one in line beside a A doordash guy picking up. Didn't take long to get my food . Although I did ask for fresh fries . N I saw the cook was bothered by that . But it wasn't the worst place.

If you are on a ketogenic diet steer clear of this BK location. They will treat you like an alien and try to charge you full price for plain burger patties, even after informing them other locations or competitors offer a la carte items regularly. They weren’t interested in having our business AT ALL. The BK on 32nd St is solid though, go give them your money. This location will only disappoint you.

11-22-24 approx 5pm. I'd like to start off by saying i typically prefer BK or McDonald's but will never return to this location again. They were not busy we were the only ones there. The staff was very rude and had a hard time with a very basic order. The frys were cold. Drink order was wrong. Burgers were lacking on every level. Staff did get the kids crowns but made it seem like an inconvenience to them. Wont return to the south Washington location. See attachment of cheese burger and 3 whopper Jr's and what there supposed to look like.

Quite possibly the worst Burger King in the country.
I travel for work and expectations are not high at any fast food place but this place managed to litterly mess up on all levels.
As we walk in we are yelled at saying that they close at 9.
We got there at 6:20
Sandwich dry, cold and old
Service the employee ignored us and acted like we were bothering him.
Told them about the sandwich and got a half hearted "sorry"
Will my whole crew will make sure to never come back

Sat in drive thru for 15 mins before my order was taken. And there was no one in front of me. I would never go there again. Shitty employees and horrible ownership! Employee out back smoking stuff other the cigarettes! No consideration for customers. The single worst fast food experience! This is Burger King on Washington in Grand Forks!
I got scolded in the drive thru by the worker taking my order. I pulled up and said hello after no greeting, and the lady yelled at me and said, "I already said that you need to give me a minute. You need to just wakt. There's only 2 of us in here working. "

Just left this establishment and I can say the place has gone down hill severely since when I was a kid you cant even enter through the front door one of the employees was very rude the other kid that was working was kind atleast we were missing half of our order and the part that we did get was freezing cold this place either needs to be shut down or higher ups need to get their employees back into shape
