There’s a reason most of these FF restaurants are empty. Constant food downgrade. Customer service gone wack. I had some hope for BK still left but this one proved it’s no different from the normal crowd. I frequent mobile ordering just to avoid dealing with humans like so. I placed my online order= 1. No speaker greeting (the screen doesn’t work either way). 2. Already approaching customers with a hint of attitude. THREE. “Here ya go” are the words we received for items that were replaced in my order without notification. 10/10 would not recommend lest you like for burgers crushed.

The drive thru worker was a complete jerk and major attitude no o rings I asked for he said they are out and could’ve told me that my burger was plain with no bbq sauce and o rings and no cheese he was rude and said we have to put that as extra and that’s what I said and then remade my sandwich and put o rings on my sandwich after he said they don’t have any o rings he should be fired

I ordered through uber eats as DoorDash is awful and they always mess up everytime I order they never listen it’s not hard to look at their screen to see what the customer wants or doesn’t want on it I have worked at bk before it’s honestly not hard to do I understand mistakes happen but seriously everytime I order from there

Messed my whole order up and it took forever to even have our order taken. Everything on the receipt was right but the food was messed up. The cooks need to learn to get everything right. The lady at the window was nice tho

This location needs to close. For years it has been an epic disappointment. My wife was craving Burger King for Mother's day (strange I know), so we placed an order ahead on the app so there is no reason anything should have been wrong.
All our kids meals were missing the cookie (it asked if we wanted a toy or cookie with each kid meal and we selected cookie). All the kids nuggets were dried up shriveled rocks that they couldn't get through because they were so hard.
All of the fries in all the meals were inedible because they were so hard, cold, and dried up that they could not be eaten.
I ordered halvies (half fries and half onion rings), but got all fries.
The whole restaurant had only 2 employees in the whole building who were NOT able to keep up with anything.
We continue to give this location a chance, but will officially not be trying again. Beyond disappointed. Will not ever be back unless something is resolved.
